“EVA” bagging machine is innovation in Pack Solution’s production sector and main factor that can set a company apart on the market. The “EVA” model carousel bagging machine design is proof of extreme operating reliability, for its speed of movement, for its versatility and for its performance.

The preformed bag packaging line that Pack Solution presents stands out not only for its speed (30 strokes/minute), but also for its flexibility. It is able to pack both free and blocked gusseted bags, Doypack, Pinch bottom, block (flat) bottom bags, quad seal bags, with or without zipper, of any type, in polythene paper, PE, laminated and triple, starting from a width of 90 mm up to 300 mm and with length from 150 mm to 550 mm.

Main features:

Automatic empty bag magazine is made up of a structure including 3 storage areas, which can be automatically positioned under the picking point each time one storage is empty. Empty bags are placed at to provide more stability and to compensate for different thicknesses due to zippers, etc.

Bag opening and zipper opener and/or Velcro opener unit, composed of two groups of two suction cups each, which have the task of creating a small pre-opening of the selvedge, just above the zipper. A pair of mechanical levers enters this small opening created by the suction cups and enlarges it mechanically.

Filling groups, with the creation of two filling stations which unloading times are halved and speed is gained. The filling openings are made up of two semi-nuclei which, when opened, allow the descent of the product.

Excess air / vacuum / nitrogen emission elimination is all carried out by means of a probe in the same sealing station as the bag, and are necessary to achieve optimum packaging even in a controlled environment, allowing the use of nitrogen. All three variants can be switched on and/or o from the operator panel. Second sealing bar unit, also made of spheroidal cast iron, positioned 40/50mm lower than the first seal. A pair of compression bars is mounted in the same station, compressing the first seal carried out in the previous station and, at the same time, the second sealing bar unit carries out the second sealing, which can be switched on and/or from the program according to the customer’s needs.
