Emilos designs screening systems that guarantee dynamics and precision necessary to grant outstanding performance

As well as designing new systems to further improve product sorting, Emilos also designs and builds vibrating screens for food and nonfood products.

Emilos patented screening system enables getting outstanding performances in terms of productivity. Their quality is fully made in Italy and each machinery is entirely built in the company’s in-house factory. Emilos produces both standard and personalized vibrating screens.

Emilos vibrating screens are designed to work round the clock and stand out in the market for their structure and vibrating motor performing 3,000 revolution/min instead of standard 1,400. Hourly production of Emilos vibrating screens is considerably higher than any other in the market today.

Emilos vibrating screens are equipped only with Emilos vibrating motors, designed to create sussultatory, swaying and rotary motion as to keep filtration net clean and unplugged.

In event of products particularly difficult to sieve, Emilos provides its vibrating screens with antiblinding systems, such as: perforated tray with rubber balls, perforated tray with cleaners, and innovative net-holding frame with spokes and smallsized timed pneumatic motor.

Emilos vibrating screens are provided with web tensioning system that helps end users to be self-sufficient. In event of mesh breakage, the customer does not need the manufacturer’s intervention to fix the net-holding frame. Thanks to this system, the company has been able to dramatically cut on purchase cost and time for technical intervention

Emilos vibrating screens are built fully in stainless steel AISI 304L (and upon request in stainless steel AISI 316) and can be provided with Emilos motor and can be installed in hazardous environments for they are ATEX certified: II 2GD EEx d IIB T4

Emilos’ production also includes circular vibrating screens from 450 mm Ø min to 1800 mm Ø max; it also produces rectangular vibrating screens for high hourly production and vibrating screens featuring side motorization instead. Noteworthy, Emilos also produces automatic and manual magnets

Emilos vibrating screens can sieve through any kind of mesh, from the thinnest – such as light/mesh 0,035 mm, to the biggest. Emilos vibrating screen require little, simple and inexpensive maintenance. Emilos’ extensive range of vibrating screens also includes roughing sieving machine and refining vibrating screens, for any requirement.
