Un’azienda dinamica e in continua crescita, che nel corso degli anni ha saputo reinventarsi e svilupparsi, soddisfacendo con nuove linee produttive le specifiche richieste dei settori del legno, del ferro e della muratura, estendendo il proprio raggio di azione dall’industria all’edilizia, all’arredamento, all’illuminazione e alla grafica. 2BM srl was founded in 1983 in Fabriano, in Italy’s Marche region. The company specialises in the production of Thinners and Solvents for various industrial applications. 2BM is a dynamic and fast-growing company which has been able to reinvent itself and develop over the years, regularly meeting the specific requirements of the wood, iron and brick industries with new product ranges. The firm has also branched out into construction, decorating, lighting and graphic design. 2BM’s professionalism, extensive experience and cutting-edge production facilities, which are highly efficient and eco-friendly at the same time, enable the company to compete at the highest levels of the national and international markets. Fully certified products are guaranteed and we can provide “ad hoc” solutions, planned and personalised for each individual customer with the company motto in mind: “Your problems are our challenge”. Driven by this concept and with a willingness to take on various market challenges with a high degree of enthusiasm and competitive spirit, 2BM srl decided to branch out into colouring, using the know-how and professional expertise it built up in the DIY and retail sectors. Fondo antiruggine a rapida essiccazione formulato con resine alchidiche per esterni ed interni. Ha caratteristiche di grande flessibilità, eccellente potere coprente e resistenza agli agenti corrosivi. Viene impiegato su superfici metalliche e per la protezione di carpenterie in ambienti normali ed industriali. Entro due ore dalla prima applicazione si presta ad essere sovraverniciato con una seconda mano dello stesso prodotto o di smalto. Plus • Eccellente potere coprente • Buona resistenza all’acqua, agli alcali ed agli agenti corrosivi in genere Campi d’impiego Particolarmente indicato come primer sulle lamiere zincate da sovraverniciare con smalti sintetici, consente l’applicazione di pitture al clorocaucciù e di smalti a rapida essiccazione senza problemi di rimozione. For pine wood, fir, ash, oak, chestnut, sand down well with 220 grain, apply one coat of synthetic impregnating primer LCVSIC33B and wait 24 hours. Then lightly sand again and proceed to the desired cycle.

1- Applicare a spruzzo o a pennello 1 mano di smalto all’acqua verde ottenuto da un mix di LCVA-OS50B/075 75% + LCVA-OS50V/075 25%. Dopo circa 4 ore carteggiare bene il tutto con grana 280-320, poi applicare un’altra mano di mix verde. 2- Dopo 24 ore applicare 1 mano di LCTA-AN2B (anticato bianco all’acqua) con XWSA16 (spugna di mare), ottenendosi così l’effetto spugnato. 3- Dopo almeno 2 ore applicare LCVA-OT88-25 (finitura all’acqua trasparente ad effetto cera per mobili) a pennello o a spruzzo. 1- Apply 1 coat of green water-borne enamel paint, obtained via a mix of LCVA-OP66B/075 75% ry dura+ LCVA-OP66V/025 25%, using either a brush or spray gun. After approx. 4 hours rub well with 280-320 grade sandpaper and apply another coat of the green paint mix. 2- 24 hours later apply 1 coat of LCTA-AN2 B (water-based white patina) using the XWSA16 natural sponge and leave as is. 3- Apply LCVA-OT88-25 (water-based finish) using either a brush or spray gun.

Celeste antico “effetto pagliettato” / Antique sky blue “straw-rubber effect” 3

1- Applicare a spruzzo o a pennello 1 mano di smalto all’acqua celeste ottenuto da un mix di LCVA-OS50B/075 75% + LCVA-OS50/025 25%. Dopo circa 4 ore carteggiare bene il tutto con grana 280-320, poi applicare un’al tra mano di mix celeste. 2- Dopo 24 ore applicare a pennello o a spruzzo 1 mano di LCTA-AN2NC (anticato noce caldo all’acqua). Dopo circa 30 minuti pagliettare con SCOTCH-BRITE AVSBAS (rosso - 115x280 mm – grana V.F.) o AVSBS (grigio - 115x280 mm – grana U.F.). 3- Dopo almeno 2 ore applicare LCVA-OT88-25 (finitura all’acqua trasparente ad effetto cera per mobili) a pennello o a spruzzo. 1- Apply 1 coat of sky blue water-based enamel paint, obtained via a mix of LCVA-OP66B/075 75% + LCVA-OP66BS/025 25%, using either a brush or spray gun. After approx. 4 hours rub well with 280-320 grade sandpaper and apply another coat of the sky blue paint mix. 2- After another 24 hours have passed away, apply 1 coat of LCTA-AN2 NC (water-borne warm walnut patina) using either a brush or spray gun. Once 30 minutes have elapsed rub with SCOTCH-BRITE AVSBA (red) o AVSBC (grey) gr.VF120x280. 3- Apply LCVA-OT88-25 (water-based finish) using either a brush or spray gun.

1- Applicare 1 mano, a spruzzo o a pennello, di LCVA-OS50B (smalto all’acqua bianco). 2- Dopo 24 ore applicare 1 mano, a spruzzo o a pennello, di LCTA-AN2NO (anticato all’acqua nocciola). 3- Dopo 2 ore carteggiare il tutto con carta 280-320 ottenendosi così l’effetto decapé. Applicare poi, a pennello o a spruzzo, LCVA-OT88-25 (finitura all’acqua trasparente ad effetto cera per mobili). 1- Apply 1 coat of LCVA-OP66B (white water-borne enamel paint) using either a brush or spray gun. 2- 24 hours later apply 1 coat of LCTA-AN2 NOC (walnut water-borne patina), using either a brush or spray gun. 3- Once 2 hours have passed, rub well with 280-320 grade sandpaper and leave as is. Finally, apply LCVA-OT88-25 (water-based finish) using either a brush or spray gun.

Application examples

1- Applicare 1 mano, a spruzzo o a pennello, di LCVA-OS50B (smalto all’acqua bianco). 2- Dopo 24 ore carteggiare il tutto con grana 280-320 e applicare poi un’altra mano di LCVA-O S50B. Facoltativamente, ai fini di una maggiore protezione di superficie, dopo altre 24 ore si può applicare a pennello o a spruzzo LCVA-OT88-25 (finitura all’acqua trasparente ad effetto cera per mobili). Sull’anta in foto è stata applicata, dopo la 2ª fase, una finitura trasparente (LCVA-OT88/25) al solo scopo di proteggere il campione da possibili deterioramenti causati dallo sfregamento con metalli. 1- Apply 1 coat of LCVA-OP66B (white water-borne enamel paint) using either a brush or spray gun. 2- Rub well with 280-320 grade sandpaper and then apply another coat of LCVA-OP66B (white water-borne enamel paint). Please note: On the door pictured, a clear finish (LCVA-OT88/25) was applied after step 2, merely to protect the sample from any possible damage resulting from contact with metal components.

After approx. 4 hours sand well and apply another coat of LCVA-OP66B. 2- 24 hours later apply 1 coat of LCTA-AN2NCH (water-borne rustic finish) using either a brush or spray gun. To enhance the effect, the rustic finish was applied using the spray gun only. 3- Apply LCVA-OT88-25 (max effect water-borne finish for quality furniture) using either a brush or spray gun.

Essi sono costituiti da una base esclusivamente colloidale, cioè da tensioattivi selezionati e assemblati in modo tale da formare particelle sub-microscopiche, i colloidi a conformazione micellare, che sono dotati di speciali caratteristiche. Inoltre tali particelle possiedono una marcata carica elettrica che li attrae alle particelle solide. Essi sono perciò particolarmente dinamici (le particelle colloidali sono in notevole movimento) e aggressivi contro lo sporco sia organico che inorganico. Grazie alla loro stabilità le proprietà elettrostatiche si conservano a lungo sulla superficie asciutta, producendo un perdurante effetto antistatico che previene la rideposizione di polveri e di altri tipi di sporco particolato. ORDINI • Le condizioni generali di vendita e di consegna si intendono totalmente accettate dal committente con il conferimento dell’ordine. ACCETTAZIONE DEGLI ORDINI • Gli ordini si intendono acquisiti salvo nostra approvazione; per ordini inferiori a € 350,00 (IVA esclusa) verrà applicato un contributo spese per trasporto pari a € 13,00.I prodotti sono venduti al prezzo di listino (IVA esclusa) e sconti, in vigore al momento dell’accettazione dell’ordine. La 2B.M. S.r.l. si riserva di apportare variazioni di prezzo o modifiche a prodotti e confezioni in qualsiasi momento. SALDO ORDINE • L’ordine si considera COMPLETAMENTE EVASO se, per ogni singolo articolo, viene prodotto e consegnato almeno il 90% di quanto ordinato. TERMINI DI CONSEGNA • Termini di consegna sono 5 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento ordine (fatti salvi orari e giorni lavorativi) F.co nostro deposito. In ogni caso sono esclusi i risarcimenti danni o indennità a vario titolo per il mancato rispetto per il termine di consegna. CONTROLLO MERCE • Eventuali ammanchi, anomalie varie, colli di spedizione difettati devono essere immediatamente contestati in bolla di consegna e lettera di vettura, controfirmata dal vettore stesso. Copia della bolla controfirmata dovrà essere inviata alla nostra società per la gestione del sinistro accorso. RICONSEGNA • In caso di riconsegna effettuata per motivi imputabili al cliente, verrà addebitato a quest’ultimo il 70% del costo del trasporto praticatoci dal vettore. RESI E RECLAMI • I resi dovranno essere preventivamente autorizzati per iscritto ed effettuati con costi di trasporto a carico del cliente. Reclami per vizi o difetti della merce saranno ammessi solo se effettuati nei termini di legge (pena decadenza degli stessi) e per iscritto. PAGAMENTI • In caso di ritardo dei pagamenti, oltre al blocco di consegne/ordini, saremo obbligati ad applicare gli interessi di mora come previsto dal DLgs. 9.11.2012 n. 192 che modifica ed integra il precedente DLgs. 9.10.2002 n. 231 al fine di recepire la nuova direttiva comunitaria n. 2011/7/UE relativa alla lotta contro i ritardi nei pagamenti. Qualsiasi tipologia di pagamento deve ritenersi sempre presso la ns. sede operativa di Monte Roberto (AN). La proprietà delle merci passa al compratore solo con il pagamento definitivo del prezzo convenuto. IMBALLI E CONFEZIONI • Gli ordini di materiale devono rispettare i tagli delle confezioni indicate nel listino. La 2BM S.r.l. si ritiene autorizzata ad arrotondare, la quantità della merce ordinata, per eccesso, nel rispetto delle confezioni stesse del lotto minimo di spedizione, oppure ridurla e/o effettuare consegne parziali, senza che ciò costituisca causa di risoluzione del contratto; l’acquirente si impegna al ritiro delle quantità prodotte nei limiti sopra riportati. • I pallets si intendono a rendere; diversamente verrà applicato un costo fisso pari a € 9,55 cadauna. • I cubi a rendere (codice.../950R) saranno cauzionati: al momento della restituzione sarà accreditato l’importo della cauzione pari a € 98,00. • Per le consegne effettuate con l’ausilio di sponda idraulica, su richiesta del cliente, sara’ applicato un addebito in fattura di € 30,00. • Il ritiro e/o smaltimento dei contenitori vuoti o semilavorati sono in ogni sua fase a carico dell’utilizzatore del prodotto. FORO ELETTIVO • Per qualsiasi controversia inerente a interpretazione, esecuzione o risoluzione del contratto, unico ed esclusivo Foro sarà quello di Ancona.

General sales conditions for foreign market

ORDERS • The general sales conditions and delivery terms are fully and implicitly accepted by the customer when issuing an order. PACKING AND CONFECTIONS • Orders of any material shall comply with confections mentioned in the price list. 2BM s.r.l. is entitled to round up order quantities to match the minimum lot of delivery and/or the packing lot. 2BM s.r.l. may as well reduce the quantity of merchandise. Partial deliveries are allowed. The end-user is responsible for the disposal of empty cans and of non-used material according to the regulations in force. ORDER BALANCE • The order is COMPLETELY CARRIED OUT and no balance is left to deliver whenever at least 90% of every single item has been delivered. ORDER CONFIRMATION • Orders are accepted only after written confirmation of 2BM s.r.l. 2BM s.r.l. issues a written “order confirmation” for all orders including particular terms of sale and delivery, as will be shown on delivery documents and invoice. The customer’s approval of all terms, by stamp and signature of the “order confirmation”, is required before carrying out the order. Products are sold at the prices and conditions in force when the order is received by 2BM s.r.l.. 2BM reserves to vary prices and conditions and modify products and confections at any moment, with a minimum notice of 15 days. DELIVERY CHECK • Missing items, quantity difference, defects, damages, spills, etc. shall be checked at receipt and immediately claimed and registered on the delivery note, the claim shall be signed, for confirmation, by the delivering transporter too. Copy of the claim on the delivery note shall be forwarded to 2BM s.r.l. CLAIMS AND RETURNS • Claims concerning faults and defects of the merchandise will be accepted only within 7 days after receipt of merchandise (to be certified by copy of the delivery note). Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender, at sender’s cost. DELIVERY • Ex-works Monte Roberto (AN) - Italy. PAYMENT • The payment must be made in advance of the shipment by bank transfer • Full property of the goods is transferred to buyer only after complete payment of the stipulated price. Delay of payment, besides automatically block order delivery, will compel 2BM to calculate and apply interests on the delayed payment, according to the Italian law (DLgs. 09.11.12 n.192, DLgs. 09.10.02 n.231 implementing the European Directive n.2011/7/UE concerning Fighting Late Payments .
