WINNSTAL has been meeting the stringent requirements of the aerospace market for 10 years offering solutions for the manufacture of parts and assembling structural sets using the following manufacturing technologies: milling lathe, conventional machining and CNC milling machine with 3 axes; 3-D measurements; CAD-CAM Programs and NX, Solid Edge e IGMES versions Software; development of devices and tooling with CATIA V4 and V5 versions. The Company offers to customers, as well other domestic and international aerospace, automotive and agriculture equipment industries, full and integrated solutions with competitiveness.
ASSEMBLING 6
Among the multitude os servisse performed by the WINNSTAL is the assembling structural sets and subsets, including: riveting and sealing.
SPECIAL PROCESSES The company has a Special Processes Area that includes superficial treatments with Alodine 1200, Passivation and Painting of parts and subsets.
STAMPING AND MACHINING 8
Stamping: WINNSTAL manufactures parts in stamping machines and devices using materials such as aluminum, steel and titanium. WINNSTAL is the Company with a highly qualified expertise, with 80 employees and last generation equipment, capable of developing manufacturing process with varied levels of complexity and size of parts.
Machining WINNSTAL manufactures parts on last generation 3-axes miling machines, miling lathes, convetional machines, and uses software capable of developing manufacturing production process using modern tools. This makes production easy and ensures quality and precision.
