ON Changing Through Dialogue
M
any changes are being effected in the absence of a dialogue. For an effective and positive change to take place, parties must learn to enter into a dialogue; bringing their inner world into the open and let it be known without the fear of discrimination, criticism, and isolation. According to Kulikova (2005), in a dialogue, one must make an effort “to hear the strings of the human heart.”
