Parade College - PERFORMING ART CENTER Location: Bundoora, VIC AU Year:2019-2020 Budget: 7.7M There are two major part of this new performaning art center - Drama Building & Music Building. The Drama building locates at the north of the Rivergum Theatre. It includes a black box theatre, a Multipurpose learning space for studuents to have performaning class and the staff office. The Music building locates at in between the existing River gum Theatre and Waterford Complex. It has two major music class rooms and three practice rooms. I am in charge of doing the coordi nation with engineers (expecially the civil and structure engineers) as well as the full set of architecture documentation(using REVIT, in cluding rendering and detailing) from schemetric design to tendering stage of this project.
