FLOCK PRINT
This print is made by applying colour and small fibers into your chosen style. The Flock print offers an excellent means to set your brand apart from others, and its velour/fluffy texture not only distinguishes it but also elevates the overall tactile experience and color richness of the style.
EMBOSSED EFFECT
The embossed effect effortlessly introduces visual intricacy, bringing a new dimension to your brand. It has a luxurious yet eye-catching feel to it. Let your logo stand out by using this stylish effect for a distinctive appearance. We recommend applying this effect to our woven styles, including T-shirts, polos, and sweatshirts, to achieve a flawless result.
TERRYCLOTH EMBROIDERY
A trending way to add a touch of flair and finesse to your clothing is with terrycloth embroidery. It will make your logo stand out and give your clothes an exclusive look. Terrycloth is a plush fabric, which has a distinct fuzzy texture. The embroidered technique makes terrycloth unique because it is woven on special looms using two warp beams. Terrycloth embroidery is done to provide an attractive look to the clothes that you want to wear. It is simple but stylish.
HIGH DENSITY PRINT
Just like the embossed effect, this similar technique has a luxurious yet eye-catching feel to it. Choose contrast or tone-to-tone colour and combine it with e.g. direct print to create the desired effect.

When you choose custom-made TEE JAYS products, our Design Department provides you with a customised design solution that meets your need. Upon confirming your order, you’ll receive a final design sketch for your approval, ensuring your satisfaction before we start production.
CUSTOM PRODUCTION MINIMUMS
We offer custom-made production in most of our fabrics and products. All products are produced in the same fabric as our well-known standard program. In this chart you can find our minimums.
Delivery time 5-6 months. All production minimums are based on our styles and patterns. Change of style and pattern can increase minimum.

At TEE JAYS, we recognize the huge responsibility we hold as a textile manufacturer. And we owe it to our planet and our next generations to do what we can to help foster positive change and promote a more responsible way of making clothes of premium quality that last. Within our range, you will find products made in organic cotton and recycled polyester fabrics. In 2021, we also became a proud member of Better Cotton. And of course, all products are covered by STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX®. Our Code of Conduct is built upon UN Global
Compact’s 10 principles which are based on internationally adopted declarations and conventions on human rights, labour rights, environmental protection and anti-corruption. TEE JAYS does not own any factories, but we cooperate with suppliers that understand the importance of complying with the guidelines of our Code of Conduct about the ethics and behaviour throughout the supply chain.
TEE JAYS is a member of Amfori, the leading global business association for open and sustainable trade. Its mission is to enable each of its members to enhance human prosperity, use natural resources responsibly, and drive open trade globally. TEE JAYS participates in Amfori BSCI in order to better monitor and improve the social performance within our supply chains. We endorse the eleven principles of the Amfori BSCI Code of Conduct and recognize that improving working conditions in our supply chains is a necessity for the overall resilience and performance of our business.
TEE JAYS’ products are covered by STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX® which is one of the best known labels for textiles and guarantees that the clothing does not contain harmful substances. It is the world’s leading independent testing institutes and regularly controls all testing for substances which are harmful to human health and the environment. Clothing that is certified by the STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX® is subject to requirements covering pH value and the content of, for example, pesticides and heavy metals.
The Organic Content Standard/OCS verifies organically grown content and tracks it from the source to the final product. Products certified to the Organic Content Standard/OCS contain organically grown content that has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the farm to the finished product. The purchase of Organic Content Standard/OCS certified products demonstrates demand for organic agriculture. Organic cotton is produced and certified to organic agricultural standards, which require practices to sustain ecosystems.
The Recycled Claim Standard/RCS verifies recycled content and tracks it from the source to the final product. Products certified to the Recycled Claim Standard contain recycled content that has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the recycler to the finished product. The purchase of RCS certified products demonstrates demand for recycled content.
TEE JAYS is a proud member of Better Cotton and we are committed to improving cotton farming practices globally with Better Cotton. Better Cotton is sourced via a system of Mass Balance and is not physically traceable to end products. We are committed to sourcing 95% of our cotton as more sustainable cotton by 2025. More sustainable cotton includes Better Cotton and Organic cotton. Better Cotton connects people and organizations throughout the cotton sector, from field to store, to promote measurable and continuing improvements for the environment, farming communities and the economies of cotton-producing areas.
