L OD GI NG HOTEL MADELINE AND RESIDENCES an Auberge Property Telluride’s hidden gem, Madeline Hotel and Residences, is a ski-in/ski-out, AAA Four Diamond and Forbes Four Star awarded, proud partner of Leading Hotels of the World, and is ideally nestled at the base of Telluride Ski Area.

DAY 2—Friday, February 15, 2019

I T I N E R A RY

ARRIVAL DAY—Thursday, February 14, 2019 VIP ground transportation services from the Montrose & Telluride Airports. Registration & Concierge Suite at Madeline. The suite will provide sign-up for all user pay afternoon activities, local information, all-day refreshments, O2 bar, chair massage and concierge services. Staffed from 7am-7pm daily. 5–6pm Black tie and Wagner onsite for rentals and demos. Welcome drinks and appetizers provided in M Club upon arrival. Noah Sheedy, Director of the Telluride Ski School will be on site to welcome the group and introduce the private ski instructors he has hand-selected for the group for the week. 6–10pm Dinner Experience at Allred’s Restaurant, Telluride’s flagship restaurant located at the top of the St. Sophia gondola at 10,500 ft. Welcome from Telluride Ski Resort Partner and CEO, Bill Jensen. Nightly room drop and turn down service.

7–9am Full Breakfast at Madeline’s M Club. 7–8am Private Yoga and pre-ski stretch. 7am Cat Ride and Opening Story experience: Ride a snow cat up before the mountain opens for a behind the scenes look at what it takes to open the mountain with VP of Resort Operations, Jeff Proteau. Climb the Gold Hill Stairs, watch ski patrol trigger avalanches, and then ski down freshly groomed terrain. Breakfast Burritos and thermos of coffee provided. (Only in YPO experience—this experience will be offered for 10 guests each morning on four of the mornings). 9:30am Group will meet their instructors at the Madeline Ski Valet and hit the slopes for the day. Groups will be organized by ability. Noon Lunch reservations set up at Telluride’s on-mountain Alpino Vino and Bon Vivant. 3pm Ski Instructors to bring the group back to Madeline Ski Valet. 3–5pm Relaxation time for families at the Madeline pool deck. Spa appointments will be arranged at the Madeline Spa. 5:30–6:30pm TED Style Education session with cocktails and canapés in the Madeline Ballroom. 7-10pm Group dinner at THERE BAR in the Historic Town of Telluride. 10:30–Midnight After hour’s party at a private loft in Telluride with entertainment. Nightly room drop and turn down service.


DAY 3—Saturday, February 16, 2019

DAY 4—Sunday, February 17, 2019

7–9am Lite Breakfast at M Club. 7–8am Private Yoga and pre-ski stretch. 7:45–9am Pre-opening Mountain Terrain Inspection with Telluride Ski Resort Executives. Get first tracks an hour before anyone else hits the slopes. (Only in YPO Experience). 9–10:30am First tracks is followed by an intimate, fully catered breakfast at a private on-mountain location. 30 Minutes of Education with VP of Mountain Operations, Jeff Proteau & Bill Jensen, CEO and Partner of the Telluride Ski Resort (Only in YPO Experience). 10:30am–3pm Skiing with private instructors. 1pm Family BBQ on Competion Hill with Nastar racing after lunch for families on the mountain. Private ski instructors and local celeb skiers to join the fun. 3–5pm Relaxation time for families at the Madeline pool deck. Spa appointments will be arranged at the Madeline Spa. 5:30–6:30pm TED Style Education session with cocktails and canapés in the Madeline Ballroom. 7–Midnight House Party at Madeline—Interactive event using all event spaces. Food stations, passed canapés and desserts, fire pits and local sourced music with dancing. Ski instructor and local highlights added. Nightly room drop and turn down service.

7–9am Full Breakfast at Madeline M Club. 7–8am Private Yoga and pre-ski stretch. 7am Cat Ride and Opening Story experience (Details on day 2). 9:30am Group will meet their instructors at the Madeline Ski Valet and hit the slopes for the day. OPTIONAL OFF-SITE ADVENTURE DAY (user pay): OPTION #1 9am–5pm Heli-ski experience at Silverton Mountain. Silverton Heli pilot will pick up 4 guests from the Telluride airport at 9am for a San Juan Big Mountain full day heli-skiing experience. OPTION #2 9am–4pm Back country experience with Mountain Trip guides. Mountain trip guides will take the group on a back country, off-piste ski experience (location will be accessed days prior to this trip and based on snow conditions and safety). OPTION #3 8am-3pm Helitrax heli-skiing experience: In continuous operation since 1982, Telluride Helitrax is Colorado’s ultimate heli-ski experience. Helitrax is located in spectacular Telluride, Colorado, in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. OPTION #4 8am–4pm Snowmobiling adventure to Dunton Hot Springs for a day of spa, hot spring soaking and delightful lunch at the Dunton Resort’s main lodge. Adult only experience. OPTION #5 9am–2pm YPO customized spa experience at the Peaks Spa with the option of afternoon off-site winter activities. 3–5pm Relaxation time for families at the Madeline pool deck. Spa appointments will be arranged at the Madeline Spa. 6:30–11:30pm Final Family Night Social - Sleigh Ride dinner to Gorrono Ranch. Colorado Comfort food, fire pits, bourbon bar for the adults, Colorado ice cream shack, entertainment and dancing. 11:30–1:30am After hours at the M Club. Nightly room drop and turn down service
