ARRIVAL DAY—Thursday, April 4, 2019 Telluride Ski Resort VIP ground transportation services from the Telluride & Montrose Regional Airports. Registration and concierge suite at the Hotel Madeline. The suite will provide sign-up for all User Pay afternoon activities, local information, O2 bar, chair massage and concierge services. Staffed from 7am–7pm daily. 3–6pm Registration / Welcome reception for arrivals will be set up in the Madeline Living room. Black Tie and Wagner will be onsite for rentals and demos. Cocktails, refreshments and canapes will be provided. Guests will be escorted to their rooms and given a quick tour of the property by a hotel concierge. 7–10pm Evening Social: There Bar Buy-out in Telluride. Music by Cousin Curtiss. 10:15–Midnight 420 POP UP event at private residence in the Historic Town of Telluride. Turn down service and in-room regional snack basket
DAY 2—Friday, April 5, 2019 7–9am Private breakfast in the Madeline Living Room. 7–8am Yoga, meditation or winter mountain trail running opportunities. 7:45–9am Pre-opening mountain terrain inspection with Telluride Ski Resort executives. Get first tracks an hour before anyone else hits the slopes. Instructors will be organizing their groups based on this ski experience (Only In YPO experience). 9–10:30am First tracks is followed by an intimate, fully catered breakfast at a private on-mountain location—Alpino Vino. 10:30–1pm Free time on the mountain to ski with private instructors. 10–2pm Mountain Spa full-day experience. An Only In YPO menu will be curated exclusively for this group with the spa director at the Peaks Resort and Spa, Colorado’s largest full service spa (user pay). 1pm Lunch at Telluride’s on-mountain open air French bistro, Bon Vivant. 2:30pm Ski Instructors will return skiers to the Madeline valet. 3-5pm Keynote presentation followed by afternoon break-out sessions. 5:30–7pm Green Tour in the Town of Telluride. A complete tour of Telluride’s seven dispensaries. 7pm Private Dinner at the New Sheridan Chop House downtown Telluride. 10pm–1am Late-night venue at Castlewood—one of Chuck Horning’s homes in the Mountain Village. Evening event will be hosted by Chad Horning. Evening will include music and gaming. (Only In YPO experience) Turn down service and in-room regional snack basket
DAY 3—Saturday, April 6, 2019 7–9am Private breakfast in the Madeline Living Room. 7–8am Yoga, meditation or winter mountain trail running opportunities. 9–noon Key note speaker, followed by Telluride Community panel on the legislative impact on the town. 12:30–4pm Afternoon highlighted off-sites: • Tour the regional grow houses around Telluride. • Learn about the process of creating medicinal products with Dahlia Merten’s, owner of Mary Jane Medicinal. • Special curated work sessions created around investing in the cannabis industry. • Private home experience with local edible company owner. Learn more about the booming business of edibles. 5–6:30pm Relaxation—cocktails and canapés at the Madeline’s pool deck. 7:30–11pm Private Dinner at Telluride’s flagship restaurant, Allred’s.
