TITANS CONCLUDE SEASON AT HOME AGAINST TEXANS TENNESSEE TITANS (3-13) VS. HOUSTON TEXANS (9-7) NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans (3-13) conclude their 2024 season this week with a home game against the division-rival Houston Texans (97). Kickoff at Nissan Stadium (capacity 69,143) is scheduled for noon CST on Sunday, Jan. 5. The Texans have already clinched the AFC South title in 2024. They are locked into the AFC’s No. 4 seed in the postseason, which begins next week with the wild-card round. In the first meeting of 2024, played on Nov. 24 at NRG Stadium, the Titans defeated the Texans 32-27. The contest featured five lead changes, culminating with a 70-yard, go-ahead touchdown reception by tight end Chig Okonkwo with less than 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. The Tennessee victory broke Houston’s three-game winning streak in the all-time series, which the Titans lead 24-21. THE BROADCAST This week’s contest will be regionally televised on CBS, including Nashville affiliate WTVF NewsChannel 5, as well as on Paramount+ in the Nashville market. The broadcast team includes playby-play announcer Tom McCarthy, analysts Ross Tucker and Jay Feely, and reporter Amanda Balionis. Fans in Nashville can stream live Titans games on mobile devices with NFL+, which offers access to local games and all primetime games on phones and tablets. LAST WEEK AT JACKSONVILLE The Titans were in Jacksonville last week for their second clash with the Jaguars in a four-week span. A drive by the Titans offense stalled at Jacksonville’s

26-yard line in the final minute, preserving the Jaguars’ 20-13 victory. Quarterback Mason Rudolph registered his fifth start of the season and completed 19 of 31 passes for 193 yards. He found tight end Nick Vannett for an eight-yard touchdown. With 1,000-yard rusher Tony Pollard (1,017) inactive due to injury/illness, second-year running back Tyjae Spears recorded his second career start. Spears responded with a career-high 95 rushing yards on 20 carries before exiting in the third quarter due to a concussion. The Titans’ 159 total rushing yards against the Jaguars amounted to their second-best total of the season. On the defensive side of the ball, the Titans limited the Jaguars to 173 net passing yards, marking the 11th time in 2024 that the Titans kept their opponent under 200 passing yards. They enter Week 18 ranked second in passing defense, allowing only 177.9 passing yards per contest, as well as third in overall defense (307.3). THE TEXANS The Texans clinched their second consecutive AFC South after beating the Miami Dolphins on Dec. 15. Since then, they have suffered a 27-19 loss at Kansas City and most recently a 31-2 loss at home against the Baltimore Ravens. Their Christmas contest with the Ravens, played on a Wednesday, provides them 11 days to prepare for the finale against the Titans. Quarterback C.J. Stroud has started every game for the Texans in his second NFL season. The 2023 second-overall draft pick has followed his Rookie of the Year campaign by passing for 3,677 yards with 19 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in 2024. Head coach DeMeco Ryans is in his second year leading the Texans. In 2023, he led his team to a 10-7 record and a division title—Houston’s first playoff berth since 2019. Houston became the first club in NFL history to win a division with a rookie quarterback and first-year head coach, and Ryans and Stroud have combined to repeat the accomplishment in 2024.

AMY ADAMS STRUNK

CONTROLLING OWNER/CO-CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF DIRECTORS Amy Adams Strunk is the Controlling Owner of the Tennessee Titans. She assumed the role of controlling owner in March 2015, and also serves as co-chairman of the franchise’s Board of Directors. Daughter of Titans franchise founder K.S. “Bud” Adams, Jr., Adams Strunk was raised on football and is proud of her father’s role in co-founding the American Football League and the decades of leadership he provided within the National Football League. Her goal is to build upon that legacy and establish the Titans as one of the league’s elite franchises. In her time as controlling owner, Adams Strunk has transformed the franchise. The Titans went from a three-win team in 2015 to posting six consecutive winning seasons (2016-21), playoff berths in four of the last seven years, a trip to the AFC Championship game in 2019, back-to-back division titles (2020, 2021), and the top seed in the AFC playoffs in 2021. Adams Strunk’s dedication to enabling a modern, innovative business has facilitated significant growth in the organization’s staff, increasing by over 150 percent since 2015. Over the years, she has committed significant resources to upgrade

Nissan Stadium and the team’s headquarters, Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park. In 2023, her direction was instrumental in state and local government approval of a new, enclosed stadium on the east bank of the Cumberland River, which is slated to open in 2027. In the spring of 2018, she collaborated with Nashville city officials to secure the 2019 NFL Draft for downtown Nashville, which by any measure was the most successful in NFL history. Impacting communities has also been an important centerpiece of her ownership tenure, with both monetary and in-kind donations pledged to the Waverly community after its 2021 flooding disaster, tornado relief to Middle Tennessee in 2020, local business support during the effects of COVID-19, and a number of other causes benefitting the Nashville and greater Tennessee communities. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in history, Adams Strunk is an avid horse enthusiast whose other interests include farming, ranching, tennis, and a variety of other outdoor activities. She is married to her husband Bill. She has three children, Tracy, Tommy, and Blanche, who are all avid sports fans and outdoor enthusiasts.

BURKE NIHILL PRESIDENT AND CEO

Burke Nihill is President and Chief Executive Officer for the Tennessee Titans. During his time with the Titans, Nihill has overseen the team’s bid for Nashville’s record-breaking 2019 NFL Draft, the expansion and renovation of Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, the Titans practice facility, and most recently, the approval of a public-private partnership to build a new, enclosed stadium as the anchor of a transformational new town center on Nashville’s East Bank. Among his first projects as CEO, Nihill led the team’s development of a new mission statement – “Win, Serve, Entertain” – which has become a centering statement for the franchise. The statement guides strategy and decision-making throughout the organization, from the football team and content creators to human resources

and fan engagement. In his previous roles with the team, Burke led the club’s legal and human resources functions and worked on club initiatives related to state and local government, company culture, and general business planning and strategy for both the Titans and Nissan Stadium. Before joining the Titans, Burke worked in various legal and management roles across a range of industries, including technology, big-box retail and professional services. Nihill was recently named a ‘Most Admired CEO’ by the Nashville Business Journal. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Belmont University, Nashville Downtown Partnership, United Way of Greater Nashville, TransPerfect Music City Bowl.

Prior to joining the Titans, Birch served as an advisor to Commissioners Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell, holding multiple senior-level roles during his 23-year tenure at the NFL. He oversaw the negotiation and enforcement of policies critical to the integrity of the game, in addition to the advancement of legislative efforts on key issues such as youth concussion prevention and treatment, the league’s tax status and the FCC’s blackout rule. Leading the NFL’s player engagement efforts, he focused on continuing education, financial education, career development and clinical assistance designed to support player and employee off-field success. Birch serves on several professional and philanthropic boards, including the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust; Sports Lawyers Association; Nashville Ballet; Partnership Tennessee; Tennessee Access to Justice Commission. He was named a ‘Best of the Bar’ honoree by the Nashville Business Journal for the past four consecutive years.

CHAD BRINKER

PRESIDENT, FOOTBALL OPERATIONS

Chad Brinker serves as President of Football Operations for the Tennessee Titans. He originally joined the Titans in 2023 as Assistant General Manager, before the promotion to his current position following the 2023 season. As President of Football Operations, a new role for the organization, Brinker provides executive leadership and support for the entire football staff, reporting directly to Amy Adams Strunk. His day-to-day responsibilities include direct oversight of the football departments that address salary cap management; analytics and strategy; communications and information systems; and team operations including security, video, equipment, and grounds. Leveraging his extensive background in scouting, Brinker plays a pivotal role in the evaluation of elite talent in both college and the NFL. His expertise ensures that the organization remains competitive and well-prepared to identify and acquire top-tier talent, thereby maintaining the team’s edge in performance and strategy. In his first season with the team, Brinker was involved in a variety of projects, including crafting the foundation of an analytics department from scratch,

involvement in the search for a new head coach resulting in the hiring of Brian Callahan, and building and executing the 2024 offseason strategy for player acquisitions in both free agency and the draft. The free agency period led to 14 new veteran players being added to the roster. An NFL personnel veteran with core strengths in executive leadership, strategic operations, financial analysis, and talent evaluation, Brinker merges his dual background in football operations with a business acumen gained from an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. As a result, he is a strategic leader and team builder both on and off the field. Prior to joining the Titans, Brinker spent 13 years with the Green Bay Packers in a variety of roles as a talent evaluator and strategic counselor to Packers leadership. In his initial season with the Packers, he collected his first Super Bowl championship when the team defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV. Throughout his experience with the Packers, he served as a pro and college scout; led strategy for unrestricted free agency and undrafted free agent processes; handled player contracts, salary cap administration, and roster management; and advised the General Manager and Executive Vice President of Football Operations on team needs in free agency and drafts, always with an eye on long-term vision. The Packers won the NFC North Division eight times during his tenure. Brinker also has corporate business experience with two Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He is an Executive Council Member on the Freed-Hardeman University President’s Council, and has participated as a guest lecturer for its Sports Marketing program and also for the Sports Administration program at his alma mater, Ohio University. A native of Martins Ferry, Ohio, Brinker first entered the NFL in 2003 as an undrafted free agent running back with the New York Jets. He holds two degrees from Ohio University, including a master’s degree in sports administration, where he was a two-sport athlete and a two-time All-Mid-American Conference selection at running back. He was also selected as Ohio University’s Male Athlete of the Year in 2003. Brinker and his wife, Rachelle, have three children. Outside of spending time with his family, he enjoys reading and writing, teaching, traveling, and playing basketball.

Haley Davidson serves as Chief of Staff for the Tennessee Titans. Davidson oversees many facets of the organization driving alignment across various workstreams and leading the Strategic Operations and Communications teams. She also plays a key role in the planning, vision, strategy and development for the New Nissan Stadium. Previously, Davidson spent more than a decade in strategic communications. Most recently, Davidson served as Chief Operating Officer for Nashville-based consulting firm Calvert Street Group supporting many government affairs projects and large-scale development efforts throughout the city and state. Prior to her time at Calvert Street, she served as a communication aide for U.S. Rep. Jim Cooper.

Vincent Marino is in his 18th season with the Titans and 14th as Vice President of Football Administration in 2024. He originally joined the organization in 2007, as the Senior Director of Football Administration after spending 18 years at the NFL offices in New York. Marino’s primary responsibilities include the management of the Titans’ salary cap and player contract negotiations. He interacts closely with Titans President of Football Operations Chad Brinker and General Manager Ran Carthon on numerous footballrelated issues. Marino also serves as the Titans liaison with the NFL office regarding labor and contract issues, as well as player personnel matters. In 2014, he was selected to participate in the prestigious NFL’s Career Development Symposium at the Wharton School of

Business in Philadelphia. Currently, he is a member of the NFL Player Insurance Trust; and additionally, he sits on the appeals panels for the NFL Player Tuition Assistance Plan and the NFL Severance Pay Plan. During his time with the NFL’s Management Council, Marino spent eight years in the Player Personnel Department (Analyst, 1990-95; Manager/Player Personnel, 1995-98) and eight years in Labor Operations (Sr. Manager of Labor Operations, 199803), the last three as the Director of Labor Operations (2003-06). Marino gained expertise in various capacities and his experience includes: being a primary club contact for player contract valuations, enforcing the rules of the CBA (collective bargaining agreement), salary cap regulation and participating in a strategic group related to forming the CBA between the league and the players. Additionally, he assisted the league in Super Bowl game operations and served as a replay communicator at numerous games during his tenure. He originally joined the NFL as an assistant in the Public Relations department, where he spent two years. Born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y., Marino graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and went on to earn summa cum laude honors from Fordham University. Shannon Myers is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Tennessee Titans. Myers oversees the financial operations, as well as the People and Culture team which focuses on employee engagement and development and benefits and compensation administration, while ensuring the club prioritizes diversity, equity and inclusion. Myers also serves as the executive sponsor for the Titans Professional Women’s Network and the Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining the club, Myers worked in public accounting with Ernst & Young (EY) in Nashville for over 10 years. As an Assurance Senior Manager with EY, she advised clients on technical accounting issues, financial reporting requirements, process improvement opportunities and strengthening internal controls. While at EY, she held several leadership roles including co-leading the Nashville Professional Women’s Network, founding/leading the Nashville Working Mom’s Network and more. Myers also serves as a board member for the Adventure Science Center, as well as participates in its Development and Executive Committees.

Anthony Robinson enters his second season with the Titans as Assistant General Manager, after being hired in May of 2023. He joined the Titans after 15 years with the Atlanta Falcons, most recently as their Director of College Scouting. In his role with the Titans, Robinson oversees the Player Personnel staff, Free Agency, and Draft processes along with Salary Cap and Roster management. Robinson was the Falcons Director of College Scouting for four years (2019-22). During his 15 years with the Falcons, the team earned six playoff appearances, three division titles, one NFC Championship and an appearance in Super Bowl LI . Prior to becoming the Falcons Director of College Scouting, Robinson spent eight years (2011-18) as a regional college scout – first in the Southeast region and then over the Eastern half of the country. He originally joined the Falcons as a scouting assistant in 2008, a role he held for three years (2008-10). RAN CARTHON GENERAL MANAGER

Ran Carthon was hired by the Titans as the 14th general manager in franchise history on Jan. 18, 2023. In 2024, Carthon was promoted to executive vice president/general manager. His duties expanded to include all areas that impact the football team: roster control, team activities and personnel decisions including draft and free agency acquisitions, oversight of head coach Brian Callahan and his coaching staff, scouting, sports medicine, and player engagement. This past offseason saw a significant makeover of the roster. The team added 14 veteran players during the offseason, including wide receiver Calvin Ridley, running back Tony Pollard, center Lloyd Cushenberry III, cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, wide receiver Tyler Boyd and linebacker Kenneth Murray Jr. The team also traded with Kansas City for cornerback L’Jaruis Sneed. In the draft, the team added size and strength with their top two selections – left tackle J.C. Latham and nose tackle T’Vondre Sweat. In his first year (2023) with the Titans, Carthon added several veteran additions to the roster who

would become key starters for the team, including wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (led the team in receiving yards/receptions), outside linebacker Arden Key (second-highest career sack total), linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair (led team in tackles), cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting (led team in interceptions) and offensive lineman Daniel Brunskill in free agency. In his first draft, offensive lineman Peter Skoronski, quarterback Will Levis and running back Tyjae Spears were selected in the first three rounds, respectively. Carthon also used a trade to acquire kicker Nick Folk (led NFL in field goal accuracy). Carthon brought 15 years of scouting experience from multiple teams to Tennessee. He joined the Titans after spending six seasons (2017-22) with the San Francisco 49ers, including the last two as the team’s director of player personnel. While in San Francisco, he was the 49ers director of pro personnel for four seasons (201720) and then promoted to director of player personnel for the last two seasons (2021-22). In his role as director of player personnel, Carthon

was responsible for evaluating the top college prospects and assisting in the construction of the pro free agent board and evaluations. He joined the 49ers when head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch took over in 2017 and played a part in the team’s success, which includes three playoff appearances, two division titles and an NFC Championship in 2019. Additionally, the 49ers had nine players account for 13 total Pro Bowl selections in the last two seasons (seven selections in 2021 and six in 2022) – evidence of the talented roster the personnel staff amassed. Before joining San Francisco, Carthon spent five seasons (2012-16) with the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams as director of pro personnel. He entered the NFL scouting world as a pro scout with the Atlanta Falcons for four years (2008-11). As a player, Carthon spent three seasons in the NFL (2004-06) primarily with the Indianapolis Colts, after entering the league as an undrafted college free agent. At the University of Florida, he tallied 1,353 career rushing yards over four seasons and was part of the Gators 2000 SEC Championship team. Carthon was raised in an NFL family with his dad, Maurice, having a distinguished playing and coaching career. His father played for the New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts, and he coached for the New England Patriots, New York Jets, Detroit Lions, Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Browns, Arizona

Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs. Following his playing career, Carthon received his bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Florida in 2008. As a member of the Rams (2013) and 49ers (2018) he was selected to participate in the NFL Career Development Symposium at the Wharton School of Business. And in 2022, he took part in the inaugural NFL coach and front office accelerator program. Born Arandic Kornell Carthon in February of 1981, in Osceola, Ark., he attended Key West High School in Key West, Fla.

BRIAN CALLAHAN HEAD COACH

Brian Callahan was hired by the Titans as the 20th head coach in franchise history on Jan. 24, 2024. Callahan arrived in Tennessee with 18 total years of coaching experience and 14 years of NFL coaching experience, including the previous five seasons (2019-23) as the offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals. During his time in Cincinnati, Callahan served under head coach Zac Taylor and was part of two AFC North titles, two AFC Championship appearances and a Super Bowl berth. He also helped guide quarterback Joe Burrow from the No. 1 overall draft pick in 2020 to multiple single-season franchise records by his second year and Pro Bowl honors within three years. “Brian has a track record of success and a range of experience that has prepared him for this opportunity,” said Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk at the time of the hire. “His football knowledge and his enthusiasm for the game really stand out, and beyond that, we think his ability to lead will make him the ideal fit for our franchise. “If you look at his history, Brian has been a part of a Super Bowl winning team (Denver, 2015) and two other teams that advanced to the Super Bowl (Denver, 2013; Cincinnati, 2021). He’s worked in a variety of dynamic offenses with top-flight

quarterbacks. At each step of his career, he’s shown the flexibility and intelligence to make an impact. “During his time with the Bengals, he was trusted with a number of responsibilities—offensive design, quarterback development, a contributor to the free agency and draft processes—and showed the ability to be a resource in all of those areas. As we seek sustained success and pursue a championship, Brian has seen firsthand what that looks like, and he is the right person to lead us there.” In the three seasons (2021-23) prior to Callahan joining the Titans, the Bengals offense ranked in the NFL’s top 10 in several categories: sixth in scoring (24.9), seventh in passing (250.8 yards per game), seventh in red-zone efficiency (61.5 percent), 10th in third-down percentage (41.0) and sixth in time of possession (31:00). From the time Burrow entered the NFL in 2020 through the 2023 campaign, he recorded the league’s seventh-best passer rating (98.6) and tied for the third-best completion percentage (68.0). His 270.8 passing yards per game in that period ranked fifth. Additionally, Cincinnati’s offense under Callahan featured a trio of 1,000-yard wide receivers in Ja’Marr Chase (2021-23), Tee Higgins (2021-22) and Tyler Boyd (2019). Chase quickly emerged as one of

the NFL’s top wide receivers after being drafted in the first round in 2021. He earned three consecutive Pro Bowl nods and became the eighth player in NFL history to reach 1,000 receiving yards in each of his first three career seasons, including 1,216 yards on a career-high 100 receptions in 2023. Boyd’s statistical highlights included 1,046 receiving yards in 2019, while Higgins contributed 1,091 yards in 2021 and 1,029 yards in 2022. Bengals running back Joe Mixon exceeded 1,000 scrimmage yards four times in five seasons with Callahan as his offensive coordinator. From 2019 through 2023, he joined Christian McCaffrey and Aaron Jones as the NFL’s only players with at least 4,500 rushing yards (4,618) and 1,500 receiving yards (1,556). Mixon was named to the Pro Bowl in 2021. In 2023, Burrow was limited to 10 total games due to multiple injuries. Backup Jake Browning stepped into the lineup, and in the first action of his career, he registered a season passer rating of 98.4— qualifying as the seventh-best number in the NFL. In 2022, the Bengals ranked seventh in the NFL in points per game (26.1), eighth in total offense (360.5 yards per game) and fifth in passing offense (265.0). Burrow earned his first career Pro Bowl selection while setting single-season franchise records for completions (414) and touchdown passes (35). The third-year signal caller also placed fifth in the NFL with 4,475 passing yards. The team’s new-look offensive line came together during the season and did not allow more than two sacks in any of the final eight games of the regular season. En route to an appearance in Super Bowl LVI, the 2021 Bengals ranked seventh in passing offense (259.0 yards per game) and tied for seventh in points per game (27.1). Burrow, after returning from a knee injury suffered in 2020, led the NFL in completion percentage (70.4) and established single-season Bengals records for passing yards (4,611) and passer rating (108.3). Chase was named the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year after posting a team-record 1,455 receiving yards, while Mixon placed third in the NFL in rushing yards (1,205). In 2020, Callahan helped develop Burrow as a rookie despite facing the challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, including the cancellation

of all in-person NFL offseason programs. Before a knee injury ended his rookie campaign in Week 11, Burrow’s 264 completions were the most ever by an NFL quarterback through his first 10 career games, while his 2,688 passing yards were fifth. Callahan joined the Bengals after spending 2018 as the quarterbacks coach for the Oakland Raiders. Under his tutelage, Raiders quarterback Derek Carr passed for a then-career-high 4,049 yards and led the AFC with a 68.9 completion percentage. From 2016 to 2017, Callahan was the quarterbacks coach for the Detroit Lions. Working with Matthew Stafford, he helped the veteran finish third in passing yards (4,446) and fourth in passing touchdowns (29) in 2017, while posting a then-career-best 99.3 passer rating. In 2016, Stafford’s eight gamewinning drives were the most by a quarterback in a season since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger. Callahan broke into the NFL with the Denver Broncos in 2010 and served in multiple roles for the franchise through 2015. He began as a coaching assistant (2010) before transitioning to offensive quality control coach (2011-12), offensive assistant coach (2013-14) and finally offensive assistant/ quarterbacks coach (2015). In 2013, Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning won the Associated Press NFL MVP award after completing a leaguerecord 55 touchdown passes. Callahan’s tenure in Denver was capped by the team’s victory in Super Bowl 50 following the 2015 campaign. Before reaching the NFL, Callahan spent time at his alma mater, UCLA, as a graduate assistant in 2006 and 2007. He then spent two years (2008-09) as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo, Calif. As a former walk-on quarterback at UCLA, he appeared in 13 games as a holder on PATs. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2006 and added a master’s in education in 2008. Born in Champaign, Ill., Callahan attended De La Salle High School in Concord, Calif., where he was a part of the school’s national-record 151-game winning streak and a No. 1 national ranking. He and his wife, Allyson, have a son, Ronan, and a daughter, Norah. He is the son of longtime NFL coach Bill Callahan, the current offensive line coach with the Titans.

NISSAN STADIUM A-Z GUIDE

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES The Nissan Stadium ticket windows, concessions services, water fountains, merchandise booths, admission gates, restrooms, aisles, elevators, conveyances, and ramps were all specifically designed and built to accommodate guests with disabilities. Every service area, booth and assistance window can be reached with ease by guests in wheelchairs. If you need assistance with anything during your visit to Nissan Stadium, we suggest the following: Visit one of the Fan Services booths. Fan Services Representatives are staffed throughout the stadium in identifiable red polo shirts. Text your issue and seating location to 615.205.3699 and a uniformed event staff member will be deployed to your seating area to assist. Standard rates apply. Call Fan Assistance at 615.565.4494. ALCOHOL POLICY Guests attending events at Nissan Stadium must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on property. Management reserves the right to check proof of age at any time. Violations of this alcohol policy may result in ejection and/or arrest. During Titans home games, alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the 3rd Quarter. For all other Nissan Stadium events, alcohol sales end 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. APPOINTMENTS If you are needing assistance or would like to make an appointment with your dedicated Membership Service Representative at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, please contact them directly or reach out to our office at 615-565-4200, option 1. Season Ticket Members must have a scheduled appointment with their dedicated Membership Service Representative to meet at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park. ATM MACHINES Nissan Stadium accepts credit card and mobile payment only at all vendors, concession stands, bars, parking and retail locations. We offer cash conversion inside the stadium at the reverse ATM behind section 124. AWAY GAME TICKETS AND TRAVEL PACKAGES Tickets for away games are not available for purchase through our Titans Ticket Office. Guests should contact the opponent club for ticket availability (please note, other teams may sell out prior to the opening of the season). Please visit www.ticketmaster.com/nfl for the NFL Ticket Directory. You can also buy tickets to away games from other NFL season ticket holders and fans on NFL Ticket Exchange via Ticketmaster. BAG POLICY We strongly encourage guests NOT to bring any type of bag to Nissan Stadium to expedite entry at the gates. If you need to bring personal items to the game, please familiarize yourself with the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Clear bags must be 12” x 12” x 6” or smaller. This includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon Ziploc bags, etc. Non-transparent bags, wallets and cases must not exceed 4.5” X 6.5” even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag. See diagram below. Please Note: Non-transparent bags (4.5” x 6.5” or smaller) are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates. The clear bag policy is in effect for ALL Nissan Stadium events, this includes both NFL and non-NFL events. STORAGE LOCKERS AVAILABLE Lockers for oversized bags and prohibited items not allowed into the stadium are available for rent outside of Gate 3 and Gate 9. Pricing starts at $10. No prohibited items will be accepted at the stadium gates for safekeeping. Please do not discard or hide prohibited items outside of the stadium gates and in the perimeter landscaping. All unattended items will be confiscated. BANNERS AND SIGNS Signs no larger than standard poster board (28” x 22”) are allowed in the stadium; however, they may not be affixed to any part of the stadium (railing, wall, etc.). Be sure the sign does not block the view of other patrons. Banners deemed objectionable will be removed and confiscated. Banners or flags on sticks or poles are strictly prohibited. During concerts and other non-sporting events, permissible signage guidelines are subject to change based on artist and/or management discretion. All updates will be communicated via www.nissanstadium. com or on the Nissan Stadium social channels.

BICYCLE PARKING Bicycle parking is located across the street from gates 6 and 9. BINOCULARS Binoculars can be carried into the stadium, but please note, a binoculars case cannot be larger than 4.5” x 6.5” per the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. BLANKETS For cold and inclement weather, make sure you’re prepared. Blankets, jackets and coats are permissible. You are welcome to wear or carry these items as you approach the gate. Battery operated clothing is also permitted for entry. BOX OFFICE HOURS Nissan Stadium’s Ticket Office will only be available for walk up customer service on the day of an event. Please note the Box Office will be open 3 hours prior to an event start at Nissan Stadium. BROADCASTING SCHEDULE All Titans games can be heard on the Titans Radio Network in Nashville on its flagship station WGFX-FM (104.5). Out-of-town Titans preseason games can be seen on WKRN-TV (Channel 2). All Titans games, whether home or away, can be seen on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, or NFL Network affiliates. CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT Still cameras are permitted in Nissan Stadium; however, a camera cannot be carried into the stadium in its own bag. Professional sized zoom lenses are not permitted. Please note, cases cannot be larger than 4.5” x 6.5” per the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. Concerts and special events may have other restrictions or limitations on cameras and video devices. Please check www.nissanstadium. com for updates. CASHLESS Nissan Stadium accepts credit card and mobile payment at all vendors, concession stands, bars, parking and retail locations. We offer cash conversion inside the stadium at the Reverse ATM located behind Section 124. CHARITY DRIVES The Titans proudly partner with several local, non-profit organizations to collect needed items for the community. For the latest information on charity drives, visit tennesseetitans.com/community/ CHILD AGE RESTRICTIONS Safety is our top priority at all Nissan Stadium Events. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes all liabilities, risks, and dangers to the minor. Nissan Stadium will not be responsible for minors who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under age two (2) may be held in an adult’s lap and are not required to have an event ticket. CHILD CARE PRODUCTS Children two and older need a ticket for entry. Children under the age of two may be seated in your lap. Clear Diaper Bags Only THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE PERMITTED: – Clear plastic bottles/sippy cups containing liquid for the child – Baby food, snacks and formula in plastic containers for children under two (no glass) – Wipes – Baby carrier/harness Please note strollers are not permitted COMMENTS / SUGGESTIONS We strive to always deliver a memorable stadium experience and welcome all feedback. CONCESSIONS Nissan Stadium has partnered with local and national food brands to bring a variety of outstanding food and beverage options to our guests. There are 62 concession stands located throughout Nissan Stadium. CONTAINER POLICY For the safety of all our guests, containers cannot be carried into Nissan Stadium. This includes coolers, glass bottles and cans. If you have a medical need, please see any of our security staff members for assistance. Please note, empty, clear plastic water bottles are permissible. DESIGNATED DRIVER Fans of legal drinking age holding a valid driver’s license are eligible to become “Designated Drivers.” In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game, and for accepting

We make every effort to accommodate as many auction requests as possible, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee every donation request will be fulfilled. Visit TennesseeTitans.com/community to submit a donation request form. Please note all donation requests must be submitted online four (4) weeks prior to your event date and your organization must have a valid IRC 501(c)3 tax exempt number. After you apply, you will receive updates through the DonationXchange platform. Please note, we are unable to donate game tickets. DUPLICATE TICKETS SeatGeek is the only authorized ticketing partner of Nissan Stadium and the Tennessee Titans. The only authorized Titans ticket resale websites are SeatGeek and NFL Ticket Exchange. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized ticketing agent on the secondary market, you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets that may not gain stadium entry. The Nissan Stadium Ticket Office is only able to assist patrons who purchase from an authorized ticketing partner. For ticket solution day of game, please visit the ticket service windows behind section 108. Keep in mind – For Tennessee Titans games, all game tickets are mobile. If you should choose to purchase tickets from an unauthorized third party: • Stadium admission will be refused if tickets are invalid. • Lost or stolen tickets purchased through a third party will not be replaced by the Ticket Office. • Tickets can only be reissued to the ticket buyer of record with a valid photo I.D. • If there is an error with your tickets, you are responsible for contacting the third party. The Ticket Office will not contact third party vendors. • Nissan Stadium and the Tennessee Titans cannot refund any third-party tickets. • Please note that CMA Festival and all Tennessee State University games utilize Ticketmaster as their primary ticketing provider. EJECTION Nissan Stadium reserves the right to eject or to refuse admission to any persons whose behavior is or becomes unruly, or who use vulgar language or who participate in conduct that is a nuisance or is illegal. Such persons will have their tickets confiscated without refund and will be escorted from Nissan Stadium property. Repeated offenses by the same ticket holder may result in cancellation of season tickets and PSLs. Each ticket (or credential) is a limited revocable license, which may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Titans. All licenses are subject to rules and regulations of the Titans and the National Football League (“NFL”). A ticket may be revoked, and the ticket holder may be ejected from the stadium for failure to meet payment deadlines, disorderly conduct, or violation of laws or rules. License information is printed on the back of each ticket. ELEVATORS Suite & Club Access For East Club and Suite Access, please visit the elevators behind Section 108. For Wesley Mortgage Club and West Suite Access, please visit the elevators behind Section 139. 300-Level Access There are two banks of elevators to service the 300 levels. For Sections 303-321 please use the East Express elevators located behind Section 120. For Sections 326-344, please use the West Express elevators behind Section 128. EMERGENCY EVACUATION All Nissan Stadium staff have been trained for proper procedures should an emergency evacuation be necessary. Appropriate emergency information will be displayed on the scoreboard and/or announced over the public address system. In the event Nissan Stadium elevators become inoperable, the ramps will serve as exit points (ushers and other security personnel will aid should anyone need it).

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT The NFL, Tennessee Titans, and Nissan Stadium are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, both in Nissan Stadium and in the parking lots. We want all guests attending our events to enjoy their experience. Guests are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. FAN SERVICES As part of our event experience, Fan Services Representatives are located throughout the Nissan Stadium concourses. Guests can obtain directions, locate stadium services, request assistance and find other useful information from each staff member. Locations: Lower Level – Gate 1, Gate 6, North and South End Zone Plazas, behind section 123 Club Levels – Top of the Escalator Landing Upper Level – 309, 321, 326, 338 FIRST AID First-aid stations can be found at each of the following locations: Main Level – Behind Sections 105 and 142 Press Level – Near the Elevator Lobby Club Level – Behind Sections 202 and 244 Upper Level – Behind Sections 305 and 342 Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital medical staff and paramedic units are on duty during the game for those requiring medical assistance. Please note: Nursing mothers are welcome to utilize any First Aid location in-stadium. FLEX SCHEDULING NOTES The date and time of Titans games (and the opening of the gates) are subject to change by the Tennessee Titans in its sole discretion or as a result of events beyond the Tennessee Titans’ control. No refund or other remedy will be provided if the ticket holder cannot attend. GATES & GATE ENTRY Nissan Stadium entrances open two (2) hours prior to kickoff for Titans home games. We suggest arriving early for each event. For all other events, check NissanStadium.com. Nissan Stadium is now partnered with Evolv, a technology-driven, next generation security system. Upon approaching the gates, do not remove any items from your clear bag or pockets. Walk through the Evolv Express system holding your clear bag and follow the instructions of gate officials. Please have your mobile ticket visible and ready to scan. Please note, only Club and Suite Level tickets will be permitted entry through the East Club and Wesley Mortgage Club stadium entrances. All guests are subject to Nissan Stadium entry procedures, including metal detection, bag search, and clear bag policy. GUEST APPEARANCE/COSTUMES In order to maintain a safe, healthy and welcoming environment, Nissan Stadium requires all participants to abide by the following Dress Code: Patrons must wear appropriate attire at all times; clothing that is offensive, suggestive or overly revealing is not allowed. Nissan Stadium reserves the right to exclude visitors who wear clothing that could create a distraction or disruption. Examples of unacceptable attire include: • Clothing displaying offensive messages/language • Clothing made with offensive material, (ie transparent) • Clothing which exposes inappropriate portions of the body • Inflatable costumes • All Nissan Stadium guests are required to wear shirts and shoes at all times. Our Sensory Room was designed by medical professionals specifically for the needs of those who may need a quieter and more secure environment while attending an event. We also have Quiet Areas located in the Mother’s Lounges at sections 310 and 337 LOST AND FOUND To submit a lost and found report, please visit TennesseeTitans. com/stadium/lost-and-found On event day, lost and found is located at the Fan Services window behind section 124. Please note: After 45 days, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of. LOST CHILDREN / PARENTS Safety is our top priority at all Nissan Stadium events. PDF/print-at-home tickets and season ticket cards are no longer accepted at Nissan Stadium gates for entry into Nissan Stadium events. Please have your mobile ticket pulled up on your phone as you approach the ticket turnstile. If you need assistance with your mobile tickets on event day, please visit the ticket windows by Gate 1 or find a mobile ticket specialist outside each entrance. Ticket Office personnel can assist guests who purchased through a valid source such as SeatGeek or the NFL Ticket Exchange. Proper photo identification is required to assist with any ticket resolution. MOTHER’S LOUNGE There are currently two Mother’s Lounges and one Mamava Suite available to nursing mothers. All updates will be communicated via the Nissan Stadium website and social media channels. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The following options are available for regular season Titans games ONLY.

InShuttle – Titan Fan Express The Titans have teamed with InShuttle to provide a comprehensive park-and-ride system on Titans gamedays. Buses begin loading 90 minutes before kickoff and continue to run until 15 minutes after kickoff. Accessible buses are available to transport guests with disabilities. Round trip tickets for all riders are $15 (children 5 & under free – must sit in adult’s lap) and can be purchased onsite at each park-and-ride location. Buses run approximately 90 minutes after the game ends. Contact InShuttle at 615.255.3519 for full details or visit InShuttle. com for park and ride locations. Please note, masks are currently required for all fans on InShuttle buses. The Titans Express The Titans Express is a football fan’s most convenient and comfortable ride to and from games all season long. Service begins in Lebanon with stops in Hamilton Springs, Martha, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, and Donelson before arriving in downtown Nashville. Only 650 tickets are available for each game. Round-trip tickets cost $15. Children age 4 and younger will not need a ticket to board; however, they are required to sit in a parent’s lap. RADIOS Small, single-speaker radios and headphones are permitted in Nissan Stadium for Titans games as long as they do not interfere with any other guest’s enjoyment of the game. We reserve the right to ask any patron to discontinue the use of such devices. RECYCLING Recycling containers are located throughout the stadium concourse and in all Nissan Stadium parking lots. RESTROOMS Nissan Stadium has a total of 78 public restrooms. Accessible facilities are available in all restrooms. Mother’s Lounges are located throughout the stadium. See Mother’s Lounges section for more information. Season Ticket Services Season Ticket Members can call the Titans Ticket Office at 615.565.4200, option 1, or email tickets@titans.nfl.com. SEAT CUSHIONS Seat cushions that are enclosed and have no zippers or metal pieces are permitted into the stadium. Titans Season Ticket Members may pre-purchase seat cushions at order.seatbacks.com/titanseats that will be affixed to their PSL location for the duration of the season. SECURITY Patrons in need of assistance should notify the nearest stadium staff member. Security is active throughout Nissan Stadium for all events to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. SENSORY INCLUSION Guests with sensory needs can check out KultureCity Sensory Kits at our Fan Accommodations booth behind Section 124 or visit our Sensory Room behind Section 101. Sensory Kits include noise cancelling headphones, fidget items, and emotional rating cards. Our Sensory Room was designed by medical professionals specifically for the needs of those who may need a quieter and more secure environment while attending an event. We also have Quiet Areas located in the Mother’s Lounges at sections 310 and 337. SERVICE ANIMALS In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Nissan Stadium welcomes Service Animals assisting guests with disabilities. All other animals are prohibited. The ADA requires service animals to be under the handler’s control at all times. The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered while in public places unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. For any advanced questions or accommodations related to service animals, you can contact us by calling 615-565-4300. SERVICE ANIMAL RELIEF AREA To utilize the Service Animal Relief Area, please see the Fan Services Window behind Section 124 SINGLE-GAME TICKETS Single game tickets can be purchased at www.seatgeek.com, or by calling 1.888.598.7121. SMOKING POLICY Nissan Stadium is a Smoke-Free and Vape-Free Facility. This includes cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes and any other similar product. There are NO designated smoking areas inside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. SOUND AMPLIFICATION EQUIPMENT Sound-amplification equipment usage is not permitted at Nissan Stadium, including the parking lots. STROLLERS Strollers are not permitted at any Nissan Stadium events. SUITES Suites are available on an annual, multi-game and single game basis! TABLETS Small tablets, such as a standard iPad (with screen size 10” or less), are permissible for stadium entry. For the comfort of all guests, we encourage that tablet usage be limited to in-seat only. TAILGATING Tailgating is permitted at Nissan Stadium under the following guidelines: • Tailgating is permitted only directly behind your vehicle.

Your tailgate may not extend into another space. • Do not block parking access or obstruct a roadway at any time. • Management reserves the right to limit or restrict tailgating. • You may not save parking spaces. • Numbered spaces in grassy areas are parking spots for vehicles, not additional tailgating space. • Used designated trash cans and receptacles. • Televisions, radios and other music playing devices are permitted in and directly behind the parking space in which your vehicle is parked. Please be aware of the volume and your neighbors’ tailgating experience. • Tents may not be staked into the ground. Weights only. • Hot coals should be extinguished and disposed in the coal bibs/dumpsters located throughout the parking lots. Propane grills are not permitted. • Parking attendants and security staff will monitor tailgate activities and assist fans. If you have an issue in the lot, please report immediately. Proper photo identification such as a driver’s license will be required to pick up tickets. Will Call will be open three (3) hours prior to kickoff of each Titans game. For other events, check with the stadium’s Ticket Office for Will Call hours of operation by calling 615.565.4200. PLEASE NOTE: The Ticket Office does not accept tickets from guests to be held at will call. Guests can log into their Ticket account to transfer tickets to desired recipient.
