TICKET GUIDE 2015 AUSTRALIAN OPEN AND AUSTRALIAN OPEN SERIES
THE STARS OF THE SPORT LOVE COMING TO MELBOURNE TO SOAK UP THE TENNIS-MAD CROWDS AND ELECTRIFYING ATMOSPHERE. IT’S WHAT MAKES OUR EVENT THE ‘HAPPY SLAM’. CRAIG TILEY
This summer the world’s top tennis players will once again descend on Melbourne Park for two weeks of adrenalin-charged action. All over the city, excitement is building as we welcome the sport’s biggest names and best emerging talent to our world famous courts. Including for the first time the newlook Margaret Court Arena, featuring what we believe to be the world’s fastest retractable stadium roof. And although we are justly proud of being the world’s only event with three retractable-roof stadiums, the Australian Open is all about the stars of the sport. The superstars of tennis love coming to Melbourne, and enjoy soaking up the tennis-mad crowds and electrifying atmosphere. It’s part of what makes our event the ‘Happy Slam’. In January, Melbourne will come alive with hundreds of thousands of fans enjoying all the tournament has to offer. In 2015 we’re planning more off-court entertainment and activities than ever before – it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable fortnight. I welcome all fans to Australian Open 2015 and, on behalf of the players and my team, thank you for your ongoing support.
