Maj. Manjit Rajain, Global Chairman Dear Tenonites, I would like to welcome you to the first issue of Tenon Group’s Quarterly Newsletter “The Tenon Pulse”. As the name suggests, the newsletter will serve as a window through which the complete profile of Group companies’ achievements, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives, and the progress we made during the quarter can be viewed. During our Annual Strategy Meet 2022 earlier this year, I talked about the importance of sustainability in the industry we operate in and the customers we work with. While every year we add more customised services and improved service delivery, it is the trust that our customers held with us that has helped us to grow over the years. Today, sustainable considerations are a top priority for customers and therefore, sustainability should also be top on our agenda. I am proud to emphasise the fact that Tenon Group of Companies operates as an ethically, environmentally, and socially responsible organisation in the industry which is well-reflected in our recent win of the “Best Governance Award” at the Indian Family Business Awards organised by Money Control Pro. Tenon FM India has been certified by ECOVADIS on parameters of Environmental Sustainability, Sustainable Procurement, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, amongst others. Tenon FM UK is also working closely with Ethical Nation on its sustainability and carbon management programmes. We should keep the spirit alive and implement more targeted measures to strategically entwine sustainability within our organisation and reduce the overall footprint on the environment. It is important to realise that sustainability is beyond making a “green product” or offering “green services”. Thus, we will transition into the next phase of our sustainability journey by transforming the way we do business. The sustainability mission at Tenon Group goes above and beyond environmentalism as social equity and economic development are also key aspects of our agenda. We are working on the Group’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy with a focus on GHG reduction programs & strategies and bringing in practices/policies aimed at benefitting the company's employees, customers, and the wider community. The aim is also to strengthen Tenon Group’s economic or governance pillar by maintaining honest and transparent accounting practices and regulatory compliance. Bringing people along on the journey will also determine the success of our sustainability goals and therefore, “a grassroots-up approach” is necessary. I am confident of our success in sustainability with the constant support of each one of you. The past three months have been instrumental for Tenonites across India, UK & Singapore in terms of business growth, employee engagement, and organisational innovation. It was heartening to note the fervour and enthusiasm with which all Tenonites celebrated occasions such as World FM Day, Earth

Day, Environment Day, and International Yoga Day together, in one spirit. I would also like to congratulate the HR Department on the successful implementation of the new HRMS software- HROne. It is another landmark in Tenon Group’s ongoing digital transformation. India & UK continues to witness a rise in corona cases. Research is showing that immunity from doses of vaccine received several months ago is waning. And thus, a surge in COVID cases may pose a major cause of concern for the health and wellness of our employees, especially for the ground staff who are at higher risk. I urge you to please get a booster dose and also encourage your team members to get booster shots. Please stay safe. HR goes Digital: HROne Launched PAN-India Our HR Department has launched a new e-HR system HROne — our new, end to end & user-friendly human resources management system in June. HROne is an integrated HRMS system that links all HR processes together as we move towards driving and implementing best HR practices in the company. Tenon Group Cares for the Planet: World Environment Day We partnered with an e-NGO, SankalpTaru Foundation for a community-based Plantation Programme and hosted a tree plantation drive on 4th June, 2022 at Manesar, Gurugram Haryana. Carbon dioxide removal (CDR) measures are a critical part of our ESG strategy for the year. Hence, we pledged to plant 100 trees for every new client and employee onboarded. Peregrine Saves Lives Once Again When a massive chemical fire broke out in the adjacent building of Airtel in the middle of the night, our fireman Mr. Pradeep Kumar, saw smoke emanating from the building and reported it to the trainer, Mr. Satish Jhakar, and the local fire station. In the meantime, Mr. Pradeep rushed to the spot with the fire-extinguishing equipment available in hand and doused the fire in time; thanks to the quality training and commitment of our personnel towards their duty.
