BLUE LAVA TEQUILA

Blue Lava Tequila is the ultrapremium artisanal blend of Cristaliano Añejo and Blanco tequilas that represent the soul of Jalisco, Mexico. With our ultra-premium Joven, you will experience the spicier notes of the Cristaliano Añejo along with the more subtle and floral elements of a pure Blanco.

PATSCH TEQUILA EXTRA AÑEJO

Tequila Extra Añejo tequila is a rarity. We let it age in American Whiskey barrels for seven years.

This golden-hued tequila is as bold in color as it is in taste. Silky with hints of toffee and oak, it’s best savored as a predinner drink or nightcap.

NAKED DIABLO REPOSADO COFFEE

Naked Diablo’s Reposado Coffee is aged to perfection in smaller batches for a minimum of 6 months in 10 year old Bourbon oak barrels. Balanced, rich and wonderfully smooth, this light amber tequila is full-bodied and strikes the perfect balance between bourbon, roasted coffee, vanilla and toasted coconut with notes of cooked agave.

The “Naked” in our name embodies the quality of the tequila; pure, organic and raw. “Diablo” symbolizes the call to adventure, to live a life without limitations.

ASTRAL BLANCO TEQUILA

Astral Tequila is made with 100% blue Weber agave, nourished by the sun and stars.

Our unique recipe includes the use of a tahona (an ancient milling process), and agave fibers (bagazo) during fermentation; this traditional, time-intensive process uses more of the agave plant resulting in an agave-forward tequila. After distillation, the agave fibers are up cycled into adobe bricks which will be used to build homes for the local community. Astral brightens any cocktail with bursts of citrus and notes of agave.

After almost a dozen iterations, we’re proud to introduce the newest member of our family, as different and delicious as its predecessors – Nosotros Mezcal. Made with a unique blend of Espadín, Tobalá, and love. SEÑORIO is a Premium Mezcal with a mildly smoky flavor. It is the blend of two Mezcals, two distillations in PERFECT HARMONY of different intensities, and aroma-taste profiles. WHITE AMERICAN OAK BARRELS are used to age the Reposado imparting striking flavor characteristics and complexity.

BANFI ROSA REGALE SPARKLING RED

A well-made wine striking the elegant balance of sweetness and acidity. Cold maceration of the grapes, followed by a soft pressing for gentle extraction gives the wine its characteristic color and complexity.

Secondary fermentation in stainless steel is where the wine achieves its sweetness and sparkling character.

PENNER-ASH WINE CELLARS OREGON SYRAH

The Penner-Ash Syrah is sourced from vineyards in southern and northern Oregon, two climates giving this wine a unique expression. The dense structure is supported by notes of sweet cedar and caramelized mushroom.
