Terah Kelley, NCIDQ, LEED AP Interior Designer Interiors (Corporate) Interview Atlanta Beltline Office Relocation Atlanta, GA - Lead Designer - Collaboration with Design Director and Lead Architect - The Atlanta BeltLine is the most comprehensive transportation and economic development effort ever undertaken in the City of Atlanta. The Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable redevelopment project that will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting many neighborhoods directly to each other. - Prior to our interview, I wanted to get to know the client and visited their Atlanta Beltline Site for inspiration. What I found was that the natural and man made elements were extremely exciting for the vision of their new office. Those textures, patterns, and colors could be applied to actual finish elements, along with using handcrafted sustainable resources. - My passion for who they were drove design ideas to make their building circulation a “path for discovery, a location to tell their sustainable story, and to evoke an environment which they promote. - Cooper Carry was not awarded but scored highest in presentation quality and collaboration.
