How We Do It
PRINTING, CUTTING, FINISHING, DELIVERY DIRECT UV PRINTING Our three Durst UV inkjet printers (two flatbeds and a roll-to-roll) are capable of putting VOC-free inks down to 10pl allowing for incredible resolution, printed directly onto a wide variety of media. These printers are well-equipped to handle the large format print market of BC and beyond.
PRECISE DIGITAL CUTTING Ideal for trimming and finishing the output from our printers is the Zßnd G3, the most advanced digital cutting plotter on the market. The modular tool and material-handling systems make it easy to tailor any specific cutting need, whether it’s kiss-cutting vinyl, contour-cutting foamcore, or routing aluminum composite.
OPTIONS FOR FINISHING Labour-intensive stitching and hand-grommeting is eliminated with our automated finishing capabilities. Welded edges and pockets are easily handled by our Matic Ares Plus Automatic Impulse Welder, while grommets are taken care of by our Edward Segal Automatic Grommet Machine.
RELIABLE DELIVERY Large format print products demand a dedicated vehicle for delivery. Our oversized cargo van, able to carry 16.6 m3 (586.1 cu ft), ensures orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition - ready to make your customers happy.
