Republic of Texas Rally The Republic of Texas Rally - ROT Rally - began in 1994 when the Rally committee selected the Travis County Expo Center, Austin, Texas as its home. The first oďŹƒcial ROT Rally was held in 1995 and has steadily grown to become the largest motorcycle rally in Texas, and fifth in the States.
