This area has dozen of ancient farming villages that still show the typical architecture of stone and wood. From Rango to San Lorenzo in Banale, you can visit some of Italy’s most beautiful villages. Rango in Bleggio, a unique enchantment that flows with the rhythm of the seasons and San Lorenzo in Banale, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Ancient castles like Stenico, Campo, Restor and the Museum of the Pile-dwellings in Fiavè are testimonials of an ancient history. Within the habitat of Fiavè were discovered the remains of the dwelling villages dating back from 2300 to 1200 b.C. recognized as World Heritage by UNESCO. A selection of thousands archaeological objects found in the area is exposed to the Museum.

A valley where nature is king and taking walks is a regal pleasure. The area is at the foot of the Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage and it’s part of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, home to deers, mountain goats, badgers, foxes, squirrels, marmots, hares... and of course the brown bear, the park’s mascot. The valley is also a Unesco Biosphere Reserve.
Starting from Ponte Arche, you can take a tour of the Brenta Dolomites and arrive to Lake Garda, or choose to bike across the inner valley. Many cross country, downhill, freeride and street trails are available on line for free download. You can ride without fatigue with the new e-bikes, with pedal assistance which will be your best friend during the bike tours. Mountain biking, trekking, fishing, climbing, trail running... there are many activities at different levels!

Here has born the “Ciuiga”, our typical turnip salami, Slow food certified, with a festival dedicated in the ancient village of San Lorenzo In Banale. But there is more: cheeses produced directly in Malga with the mountain milk, Giudicarie potatoes, Bleggio nuts with local cakes… delights of the typical Trentino cuisine.
Here flows the source of health and wellness for everyone. Terme di Comano, dermatology center, are famous for the benefits on skin problems of adults and children, such as dermatitis and psoriasis.
