A Creative Vision. This studio started with a little spark, a great idea, which ignited, caught on, and is now being fueled by the efforts of our newly forged community. We have been brought together by a common goal, to build a creative centre for glass in Vancouver. Tonight’s event is the spark that lights up Terminal City Glass Co-op. In a few short months we have accomplished so much and realized our vision. We are proud to be the first non- profit, co-operative glassblowing and flameworking studio in Canada. In this catalogue we are thrilled to present pieces from over 40 talented artists who have kindly donated their work in support of this project. We are deeply grateful to all of the artists for their generosity. The proceeds from tonight’s auction will benefit TCGC’s educational and arts programs. We would like to thank our dedicated team of volunteers and members who worked incredibly hard to create what you see before you tonight. We thank you wholeheartedly for your commitment to this organization and the future for glass arts in Vancouver. Sincerely, Terminal City Glass Co-op Board of Directors .............................
