Either choose a delivery date when ordering (timings will be shown before checkout), or let our supplier contact you within two working days to confirm a date. We’ll remind you the day before by text or phone and call 1-2 hours before delivery. If we are delayed, we’ll let you know. All two-men-delivered products need to be signed for by an adult. We’ll deliver the item to where you want it in your home. Please ensure it will fit in the room, up stairs and through passageways. When ordering, specify instructions, eg ‘narrow road’. We can remove packaging and carry out light assembly, eg place sofa upright and add castors, free of charge. Once you are happy, check condition of goods and sign for delivery. If you won’t be in, call Customer Services on 0800 323 4050 (0330 123 4050 local rate from a mobile) to rearrange delivery.
