BEING A WOMAN Azucena Libiran Gonzales
Perhaps there's no suitable answer for this prosaic or monotonous question, "Who Am I". Sometimes we have to ask ourselves this question to learn and know our true identity However, I know who I am-I am a woman. Life's experiences gave me the ability to stand up for myself and be better of who I am I've made some mistakes in my life but I don't let my mistakes define me. Pain can be felt by anyone, but when I feel pain, I cover it with love, grace and confidence Being a woman means playing multiple roles in the household; that of a mother, nurturer, mentor or counselor, all at once with a love that is indefinable Womanhood is a gift to be treasured and valued with appreciation and gratitude, but it's a privilege that comes with certain inescapable responsibilities, rooted in the purpose for which God created us.
I am a woman who accept the basic fact that God created woman vastly different from man, not only physiologically but also emotionally, mentally and even spiritually. However, with regard to good values, good morals, positivity and respect, we are all equal A woman is entitled to live in dignity and in freedom from want and from fear. Like other strong women, I am a woman who continually try to overcome fears, know how to control myself and be patient no matter the situation. In life, we come across many challenges Some of them make us who we are How a woman holds herself against adversity makes her formidable. Her enduring faith makes her powerful and confident as well Thank God for such a sublime, heavenly gift; I am a woman.
