All exhibitors will be acknowledged in online and print marketing materials prior to and during event. Table sponsorship includes one table (6’ x 2.5’) for product display, two representative badges and prime opportunities to connect one-on-one with registered dentists during the Leadership Reception, Blue Party, course breaks, and lunch. In addition, each exhibitor receives a complimentary mailing list of all doctors who attend the conference and a 10% discount on advertising in the TexasGP if you advertise within a year of the conference.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE:
Since 1990, the Lone Star Dental Conference has been THE annual meeting for TAGD members. This two-day weekend event held September 12-13 is packed with cutting edge speakers, intensive hands-on workshops, and information on the latest techniques and products. LSDC 2014 is expected to be bigger this year and have record-breaking attendance of over 200 dentists, hygenists and staff for this high quality packed event.

The Jack T. Clark Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that focuses on the public’s oral health needs during cancer therapy. Please consider a donation. Cancellation Policy: Exhibitors may cancel contracted space by submitting written notice to Charles Gallatin. Cancellation should be sent in the form of a letter on company letterhead, or a copy of your exhibit space contract noting your intent to cancel, the date and the signature of the person cancelling your space. Such notice must be received in writing no later than July 31, 2014 to receive any available partial refund. Cancellations through June 30, 2014 65% refund. Cancellations between July 1 - July 31, 2014: 50% refund.
