Welcome to the Texas Civil Engineering Conference (CECON)

brought to you by the Texas Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers in partnership with the Texas Concrete Pipe Association, Texas Department of Transportation, Society of American Military Engineers, Texas Water Development Board and Move Texas Forward. CECON 2015 brings you three days of education and networking around three daily themes:

SUSTAINABILITY | TRANSPORTATION | WATER RESOURCES CECON features presenters from government, regulatory agencies, academia, and private practice. In addition to the numerous sessions, there are many opportunities to network with old and new colleagues, including the Wednesday night barbecue sponsored by the Texas Concrete Pipe Association and the Thursday Oktoberfest themed Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Certificates for Professional Development Hours (PDH) will be provided after the conference upon completion of the post-conference survey. We thank you for attending CECON and bringing your expertise to our gathering. You, as organization leaders, have the vision, the knowledge, and the experience to help us pave our way into the future. Throughout this conference, we ask you to stay engaged, keep us proactive and help us shape the future of civil engineering. We look forward to seeing you again next year at CECON 2016!
