Texas Intercollegiate Press Association

TIPA is an association representing the student media at two-year and four-year, public and private colleges and universities in Texas. Media represented include newspapers, general magazines, literary magazines, yearbooks, radio, television and online. Type-Hi presents winning entries in TIPA's annual convention on-site contests and also serves as the association's newsletter and contest guidelines booklet.
