Any Questions? Am I eligible to take part in this programme? This benefit is open to all employees that meet the eligibility criteria - You must: • Need to be 18 years old or over • Comply with Government rules on minimum wage. My employment is due to cease before the end of the Hire Agreement period, can I still participate? Although you can participate, the Hire Agreement will terminate when you leave employment (e.g. on retirement) and you would be liable to pay the outstanding instalments due to the end of the Hire Agreement. How much will the iPad / Macbook cost me? Your Reference Salary will be reduced in equal instalments over 24 months, equivalent to the gross / hire cost of the product(s) that you’ve chosen. Can I change my mind once I placed my order online? Yes, on signing you will have a 14 day period in which you can withdraw from the programme. You can notify us of your decision to withdraw using the Cancellation Form emailed to you in your Hire Agreement Pack. What do I do when the products are delivered? You are required to confirm receipt by signing the carrier’s delivery note. If the product packaging is damaged please ensure that this is noted on the carriers delivery note as “damaged packaging”; or if in doubt reject the delivery. Where such circumstances are applicable you will not be recharged for a subsequent delivery. What if I leave my employment for any reason?

What happens if I go on maternity, paternity or agreed unpaid leave? Where you take unpaid leave for any reason during the term of the Agreement, and, as a result, there is insufficient salary for you to make a payment, then your payments may be suspended and recommenced on your return from unpaid leave. This will be discussed with you at the time, depending on your individual circumstances. Where payments are suspended, deductions will recommence at the end of the unpaid leave period to cover the period missed, and the period of hire will be extended accordingly. What if my package (Hardware / Software) stops working? Should you have a hardware fault, your product can be fixed under warranty. For hardware and software support, phone the warranty help line - 0845 606 1117 - have ready the computer’s serial number and your warranty registration details. What happens at the end of the Agreement? The Agreement will terminate and your salary will be adjusted back to where it was before you joined the scheme. There are no fees to pay upon termination of the agreement as we have included all charges in the monthly hire payments. Does this offer make a difference to any other benefits? By exchanging your salary this will not affect any other benefits as your ‘nominal salary’ remains the same.
