We have created this guide to provide answers to some of the questions you may have and to outline the steps you will need to take to enrol.

Online enrolment opens on Thursday 24th August 2023 at 10:00am and will run until Friday 25th August 2023 at 12:30pm. After this period, the College may not be able to honour your conditional offer. If you cannot enrol online during any of these days, please get in touch with Admissions to arrange an alternative time by Thursday 17 August 2023. Finally, if you shall be enrolling to the College outside of the UK, please inform Admissions by Thursday 17 August 2023
Our GCSE Advisory Service will run on Thursday 24th August 2023 and Friday 25th August 2023 from 9:30am – 4:00pm. If you wish to speak to someone to gain advice and guidance about your application, please call: 01491 634321
We shall be holding an Enrolment Clinic on Wednesday 30 August 2023 for those enrolling students who would benefit speaking to a member of our Enrolment Team in person regarding their results and course options. Following a phone call, we shall direct you to how you can book a time slot.
Our enrolment process is designed to ensure you are enrolled on to the right course at the right level for you in an efficient manner.
Log In: Using your application username and password you used to create your application, log in to our Enrolment Desk https://studentedesk.henleycol.ac.uk 1
2 Upload Results: Upload a copy of your GCSE certificate(s) (Statement of Results – SOR). This can be in PDF or JPEG format and must be clear, readable and taken on a flat surface. The document(s) must include all GCSE grades given, as well as your full name and UCI number. Once uploaded, click Submit. To upload additional documents, use the file upload again and click submit after each upload.
Enquiry: If you wish to make a course change or raise an enquiry, please fill in an online enquiry form, located top left of the screen. 3

Contact: Keep an eye out for any messages or responses to enquiries from an enrolling officer. If you have been sent a message or reply, we will inform you by text/email. They may also try to contact you via phone. Please note, the number calling you may be a 01491 number or withheld, so do check for both.
Sign Learner Agreement: To complete your enrolment, you will need to e-sign The Henley College Learner Agreement. Information shall be sent to you via email. 5
I can’t remember my password to log in to my online application account to enrol
If you have forgotten your password to your online application account, you can reset this using the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link on the log in page. The password reset email will go to the email address used to create the application. We urge all students to check they can log in to their account and know their log in details before enrolment.

If you are struggling with accessing our online enrolment system or have any problems with any of the steps, please contact our Admissions Department via email admissions@henleycol.ac.uk and we will be able to help you complete your enrolment.
Please do not worry if you don’t get the results you had hoped for, or you achieve better results than you expected. We encourage all students to still go through the online enrolment process and a member of our Enrolment Team will be in touch to discuss your options. If you wish to make changes to your course choice(s), please continue with the first stage of the enrolment process by logging into your online application account and upload your GCSE results. After you have completed this, please fill in an online enquiry by choosing the category ‘Changing Course Option’ and state what you wish to amend. A member of the Enrolment Team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to confirm any changes so please remain contactable via Text, Phone or Email.

We shall be hosting an online workshop guiding you on how to enrol and the steps you need to take on Wednesday 23rd August 2023 at 1pm. An invitation to this workshop shall be emailed to you.
To help prepare you for your programme of study at Henley, there are transition activities available on our Your Future At Henley area of our College website. These are assignments for you to complete over the summer period. If you have any queries regarding the transition activities please contact: marketing@henleycol.ac.uk.
All new students will be invited to join our online induction on Thursday 7th September 2023. The induction will provide you with key information such as accessing your IT account. The online event will be run on Microsoft Teams, and your invitation to this will be sent via email once you have enrolled.
Our Fresher Fest Welcome Days will be on Monday 11th September 2023 for Vocational Students and Tuesday 12th September 2023 for A Level Students. You will have the opportunity to meet your tutor group, collect your timetable, tour the site, as well as enjoy our festive afternoon where you can begin to meet new people and classmates. Further information about the Welcome Day shall be emailed to you in due course.

The Henley College offers a range of financial support through our 16-19 bursaries to help young people where household income is £25,000 or less. Further information on financial support can be found on our website via our Bursary page or please contact transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk
If you have not had your interview by 1 August 2023 then this will be conducted at enrolment. You will need to upload your GCSE results via the enrolment desk and await a phone call from our Enrolment Team. Please ensure you are contactable via phone for this.
Yes you do. Please still log into the enrolment desk when it opens on Thursday 24 August 2023 and upload your GCSE Results Statement.

Ensure you know your application log in details. Without these, you will not be able to enrol. Please contact Admissions if you need help with this.
If eligible, apply for a College bursary and ensure you have sent us all relevant documentation and evidence to support your application.
Ensure you have looked into how you will commute to and from College. If required, apply for a space on one of our College Coaches.
Make sure you have uploaded/sent Admissions a copy of your valid passport or a copy of your birth certificate and proof of address.
Ensure you have uploaded/sent Admissions a headshot photo of yourself for your College ID badge.
Make sure you are happy with your course choices and if you wish to make any changes prior to enrolment, then contact Admissions.
