Join us for a week-long 40th annual WTC FEBRUARY 18 - 25, 2017 Waimea Town will celebrate its 40th Anniversary in 2017 and our town will be filled with 8 days of events that include hula & Hawaiian music; Kauai cocktails & cuisine; the largest Hawaiian rodeo in all of the islands; a long distance canoe race; a film festival; softball and 3-on-3 basketball tournaments; a deconstructed triathlon of an ocean swim race, a 10.8 mile cyclist road race and a fun run (10K, 5K, 2K); paniolo hat lei, ice cream eating and ukulele contests;

and cultural exhibits all culminating in a 2-day hoolaulea with continuous LIVE entertainment on a big stage, local food booths, craft vendors, games, rides and a beer garden! Kauai’s largest and oldest annual festival on the west side of the island. We celebrate our proud history and tight-knit community with over a week of cultural and recreational events! Whether you prefer being a spectator or want to get in on the action, Waimea Town Celebration offers something for everyone!

This year’s recipient is Keith Yap, Chairman for Kauai/ Niihau Burial Council, Treasurer for Hospice, Treasurer for Leadership Kauai and Treasurer for West Kauai Business & Professional Association. The evening will showcase a Na Hoku Hanohano (Hawaii’s “grammy”) award winning performers of traditional Hawaiian Music. Ticket price is $10 General Admission.
