Iceteam 1927 belongs to ALI GROUP and we are managing some of the finest gelato, soft ice-cream and pastry equipment brands, such as Cattabriga (oldest in the World), Coldelite, Promag and OttFreezer. In recent Years our Direction has decide to invest more in the pastry market segment, having dedicated to it a budget and some chefs.

On this segment, our signature machines are Masterchef (multifunction machine of Suisse origin used by Pierre Hermé in France), Babychef (a Masterchef in small size) and Cremomatic (a big pastry cooker).

In date Friday 7th October, the first pastry and gastronomy event has been done in Thailand, by VJ Group, with the support of Iceteam 1927 and under the patronage of the Thai – Italian Chamber of Commerce.

Guest star of the event was Chef Jacopo Chelli. Born and raised in Bologna, the World’s Capital of Gelato, since when he was a child he couldn’t stay away from desserts. Since January 2018 he collaborates with Iceteam1927 to spread the culture of gelato, pastry and frozen desserts with courses, training and masterclasses around Europe and Asia.

The unit mostly used during the day of the event was Babychef. Babychef is once again a small multifunction machine incorporating in a single unit a pastry chef, a gastronomy chef and a gelato chef.

It is a perfect equipment to support production routine inside restaurants, kitchens, fine dining, pastry laboratories and catering production centers. Specifically it would be useful to enlarge the chefs’ menu, to automatize production processes, to give stability over time to recipes, to reduce the labor costs and to increase hygiene.

Main and typical products available in Babychefs cycles are custard, ganache, tempering, marmalade, spread cream, sauces, bechamel, gelato, sorbets and many more.
