• We will have a lockbox, designed explicitly for licensed real estate agents, temporarily installed near the front entrance to enable agents to show your home. We will install a combo box for use by our preferred vendors and contractors.

• We will inform you weekly of the number of online viewings and website traffic to your home.

• We will have scheduling of showing daily.

• Once your home is on the market, you will be receiving regular updates about the number of showings, feedback from prospective buyers, and any offers received.
