Project Title: Midrise Office Building in Urban Context Location: Buah Batu Street, Bandung, Indonesia th Project Purpose: 4 Architectural Design Studio Assignment

W Tower is located on urban commercial area. It’s located on crossroad between Buah Batu Street and Soekarno Hatta Street. W Tower is built on 4800m2 area. It’s a 10 storeys building, comprise with 2 storeys podium and 8 storeys typical oor. On the podium, there are rent area for office room, meeting room, and function room. On the 3rd to 10th oor, there are private rental office area.

e Design emphasizing in optimization of coverage building area and energy use to get high commercial value, but still obey the city’s regulation.

CONCEPT Goal Designing by building system approach in understanding design issues related to the function and overall building system that support the needs and activities of a rental office with all the facilities and critically formulate design criteria that will be developed in the design concept.

SUN RADIATION A and B sides are exposed by the sun from east. Light shelve is funtioning as a daylight’s shield at 9am to 12am

C and D sides are exposed by the sun from west. The secondary skin is funtioning as a daylight’s shield at 12am to 5pm

MAINTENANCE The glass facades are cleaned by the cleaning service by utilizing gondola.

The glass facades are cleaned by the cleaning service by utilizing catwalk between glass facade and the secondary skin

VIEW A and B sides has the best view from the building, so the using of light shelves won’t disrupt the good view.

C and D sides has the view of densed settlement, so the use of secondary skin that limits the view is considered as an acceptable choice.

Project Title: Art Center for Marginal Society Location: Kebon Bibit, Bandung, Indonesia Project Purpose: Archi-Ray 2016 Competition In Collaboration with Sri Rahma A.

Bumi Kitri Creative House is built in between Kampung Pulosari and Kampung Kebon Bibit. Kampung Pulosari and Kampung Kebon Bibit are two of dense settlement in Bandung. Bumi Kitri is expected to be a space to accomodate creative activities, in order to be organized and centered.

e creative activites is linked to awareness of environment by approaching a relationship between human and nature.

Project Title: Homestay in Bambooland Location: Bambooland, Desa Ngepring, Purwobinangun, Pakem, DIY Project Purpose: Rekacipta Bambu Supersemarch 2017 Competition In Collaboration with Hadist Alamanda Johan

Shrimp Bamboo Homestay is located on Bambooland, Desa Ngepring, Purwobinangun, Pakem, DIY. It is built on Bambooland area which is the bamboo resource is abundant.

CONCEPT OF MASS It is located in Sleman near tourism object Kaliurang. In Javanese, Kaliurang means shrimp river. Hexagonal shape is implemented from shrimp abdoment which has 6 part Roof is analogous with peeled shrimp’s skin The column shape is analogous with shrimp shape

BIRDIE HUB Project Title: Vector Active Structure System Project Purpose: Structure and Form Studio In collaboration with Fitra Febrina

Birdie shelter is a building with vector active structural system. It is a long span structure adapted with bird’s wings shape. Birdie Hub is built based on 2 precedent, the structural is taken from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the form is taken from WTC Transportation hub.
