Many people have the impression that putting your home up for sale over the winter months and during the Holidays is not ideal, but there are lots of benefits to listing during this time. There is typically less inventory during the winter months and over the Holidays so your home will have less competition in the market at this time of year and may actually sell faster as a result. January is typically the biggest month for relocations, Buyers who are looking in the winter are motivated and ready to make a move.
