KENDRA STRETCH is a top producing agent at Century 21 Colonial. Born in Summerside, Kendra moved around a lot in her early years while her father served in the Armed Forces. Buying and selling their family homes gave Kendra lots of experience making houses into home. It also influenced her early interest in sales and housing. As a adult, Kendra excelled in several difference sales-oriented careers including cars and then furniture with Home Hardware where she worked with a lot of contractors gaining insights into the home construction and renovation industry. In November 2009, Kendra obtained her real estate license and soon after, she listed her first house. It sold quickly with multiple offers and just like that, her career took off. Kendra sold 20 houses in her first year and it has continued to grow and expand over the years through referrals from clients, colleagues, friends and family. In 2018, Kendra ranked in the top 1% of the 8800 C21 Agents in Canada, receiving the prestigious Double Centurion Award. For Kendra, her clients always come first. Perhaps the most valuable asset that Kendra offers each and every client is her “street-smarts”. Kendra knows what is going on; she is immersed in real estate on PEI day in and day out. She draws from the experience and expertise gained by the large volume of sales she does each year and she offers that resource to her current clients so they can attain their real estate goals. Even when things are busy, Kendra is grateful for each and every client that she has the opportunity to serve in her business. Everyday is an adventure for Kendra. She could be driving to Brighton, to Borden, or to Georgetown at any given point of the day. By 6:45am each day, Kendra is up helping her kids get their day rolling. She is at the office by 8:15 and taking appointments by 9am. Most days, she is working flat out until 10pm. It’s quite a juggle to meet the needs of her clients and her family but she manages to make it all work. Kendra is excited to see what the second half of 2019 brings to the real estate industry.
