LEO BENANDERM c KAY
(Ensemble) is a young Renaissance man with a wide variety of talents and interests. He is a soccer and tennis player; a retired competitive gymnast; he plays many instruments including the French horn, flute, oboe, clarinet, Native American flute, and piano; he is studying 3 languages; enjoys traveling and has had the privilege of visiting many amazing countries; and has a passion for art and fashion; all while successfully balancing his studies at Seacrest Country Day School. He loves the stage and has acted in several productions including TNP’s Into the Woods JR, Newsies JR , and Peter Pan. Leo is honored to join the amazing cast of Beauty and the Beast JR!
SOLEI BOURGEOIS
(Ensemble) is so proud to be at TNP. She loves the stage and at the age of 5 was cast as Lulu in the tour of Waitress at Artis Naples. From there, she couldn’t get enough of the stage and
has been cast as Annie/Annie , Gretl/The Sound Of Music, Young Anna/Frozen JR , and much more. Solei dances with her mom at Hit The Floor Dance Company, takes vocal lessons with Miss Laura from The Vocal Ring Studio, studies acting with Jessica Walck, and loves ballet at Naples Dance Conservatory.
SAMANTHA CALERO
(Cogsworth) is very excited to be a part of TNP KidzAct’s Beauty & the Beast JR . This is her second production outside of school and she feels honored to be a part of this beautiful show. She is 13 years old and attends Corkscrew Middle in the 7th grade. Samantha is also a first chair, three year violist in Advanced Orchestra. Getting to be a part of this journey could not be done without her family. Samantha is so excited for the connections and bonds she’s about to build.
OLIVIA DOONEY
(Babette) is 15 years old and attends The Village School. This is her third production with TNP and she is thrilled to be back and in the cast of Beauty and the Beast JR . Recent credits include Princess Fiona/Shrek JR , Edwina/ Dear Edwina JR , Ada/Newsies JR , Marcy/ School of Rock , and Moana/Moana JR . When not on stage, Olivia is a cheerleader, soccer player, and loves hanging out with her sisters and friends. She wants to thank Katie and Bret and the entire cast and crew for all their hard work on this production, and she is grateful to all her teachers who support her along the way. Enjoy the show!

CONNER FOLEY (Prince/Beast)
is a 9th grader at Seacrest Country Day School. This is his 3rd show at The Naples Players. His most recent roles include Jack Kelly in Newsies JR and Ryan in High School Musical . ZANNA LAWSON
(Mrs. Potts) is 13 years old and has been doing theatre since she was 6. She has done over 19 shows but this is her first with KidzAct! Her favorite experience in theatre was when she went to JTF in Atlanta and got a callback for ITheatrics. She is so grateful to take on a role like Mrs. Potts and hopes to do more shows with KidzAct.
MADISON MANCE
(Dance Captain/Les Filles/ Ensemble) is thrilled to be part of such a fun, talented cast, and is grateful for this amazing opportunity! She is no stranger to the stage. Previous credits include Rapunzel/Into the Woods JR , Marta/The Sound of Music, Nancy/Newsies JR , and Young Kangaroo/Seussical JR . A native of Ontario, Canada, Madison is loving life as a Floridian and is going into grade 6 at The Village School. She would like to thank Ms. Katie, Mr. Bret and Ms. Angelina for their guidance throughout this fantastic experience. Enjoy the show!
MARY KATE MASTERSON
(Les Filles/Ensemble) With her love of theatre and heart for music, Mary Kate is so excited to return to the TNP stage in the tale as old as time, Beauty and the Beast JR . Mary Kate is 13 years old and this will be her 3rd production at TNP, with past credits including Newsies JR and The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon . In addition to theatre, Mary
Kate has been singing her little heart out for years now, her most recent invitational being The National Anthem for the Minnesota Twins home game at Hammond Stadium. Mary Kate wishes to thank everyone involved in Beauty for making it such a special experience, and she is so happy YOU are here! Please enjoy the show!
NICHOLAS MEHLER
(Maurice) is so excited to be performing in this production of Beauty and the Beast JR! This is his second show at The Naples Players. He played Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods JR earlier this summer. Other past roles include Prince Eric/The Little Mermaid , as well as an ensemble member in All Shook Up. He would like to thank his family, friends, and Lizzy for all the support. Enjoy the show!
SCARLETT MEINERT
(Ensemble/Sausage Curl Girl) is an upcoming 7th grader. This will be her first show at The Naples Players and she is very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing cast! Aside from acting, Scarlett loves to sing and hang out with friends. She hopes everyone enjoys the show.
LUCY MULLIN
(Ensemble) is 13 and goes to St. Ann. Her favorite subjects are literature and science. This is her 4th year performing in musical theater. Past productions include Ebenezer Jr, Annie, Junie B. Jones and Newsies . What she finds most fun about theater is not only does she get to perform a beautiful play, but she gets to meet new people and make new friends. This summer for her 13th birthday, she and her mom are going on an amazing trip to NYC where she will realize her dream of seeing a Broadway musical (SIX!). In her free time, she loves roller skating and riding her electric scooter. She has 2 cats - Solo (male
tabby) and Autumn (female calico). Lucy hopes you enjoy the show as much as she enjoys acting!
MATIAS PISCOYA
(Chip), age 9, is a young performer with a heart of gold. Matias has always been passionate about singing, making music a hobby of his ever since he was young. He was part of a previous musical production, where he was able to hone his skills as an ensemble performer. Now, Matias is excited to take on his biggest role yet. With his infectious spirit and love for the stage, Matias is dedicated to pouring every ounce of passion he has into this new and exciting opportunity. His family and friends are excited to see him grow as an artist as he continues to leave his mark on the world of musical theater.

EMMA PODOLAK
(Narrator/Ensemble) is 12 years old and is going into 7th grade at Gulfview Middle. This is her second show with TNP, and she is so excited to be a part of the cast. Besides theater, Emma enjoys playing the French horn and piano, drawing, dance class, and traveling. She hopes you enjoy the show!
EMERSON ROSCHEK
(Lumiere) is delighted to be in her third TNP production. She is so excited to play Lumiere and can’t wait to light up the stage! Most recently she was in Newsies and had a blast singing and dancing with her friends. She dances with Hit the Floor and so appreciates all her teachers and their support. Emme enjoys all things creative and has had so much fun this summer here at The Naples Players! She hopes you enjoy the show!
GIA SANCHEZ
(Enchantress/ Ensemble) is starting this fall at Oakridge Middle. She has enjoyed many KidzAct classes & onstage shows since she was 5 years old. A few highlights were Jojo/Newsies JR , Moana/Moana JR , and Farmhand/Person of Oz/The Wizard of Oz . When not onstage, she enjoys doing art & dance classes. JULIET SANCHEZ
(Narrator/Ensemble) is an incoming 8th grader at Oakridge Middle. She is very excited for her first performance with TNP. She is a spectacular cello player and performs in multiple orchestras around the county. OLIVIA SILVERIO
(Les Filles/Ensemble) is a middle school student at Seacrest Country Day School. Olivia is thrilled to make her TNP debut in Beauty and the Beast JR . Olivia enjoys acting, singing, and playing her ukulele. Her other performances include Ripley/Haunted High , her solo vocal performance in the Christmas Eve production at St. Agnes Catholic Church, along with several other small performances singing and playing her ukulele. When Olivia is not performing, Olivia loves being outdoors and enjoys scuba diving, competing on the school swim team, and learning about marine life.

(Narrator/Ensemble) is so excited to be in another show here at TNP! This is her second production here, as she was previously seen as Oscar Delancey in Newsies JR . We hope you enjoy the show!
CAYLEE VALENCIA
(Narrator/Ensemble) is 12 years old and going into 7th grade at The Village School. This is her 8th show. Most recently, she appeared as Tommy Boy in Newsies JR . When she’s not on stage, you can find her reading, bike riding, playing piano, hanging out with her three dogs, and watching her older brother play tennis. She is so grateful for the cast and staff working really hard to put on an amazing performance and hopes everyone enjoys the show!

ANYA ALESSA VAZQUEZ
(Belle) Anya’s journey as a performer began when she discovered her true passion at a tender age. Thanks to her show-stopping performance and undeniable talent, she was awarded the top prize in a national singing competition representing the Cayman Islands at just 5 years old. Since then, her talent has only continued to grow, winning multiple competitions and eventually joining the pop group 4 Elements. Alessa’s natural performing gifts are coupled with diverse skills in ice skating and dancing, making her a multidimensional artist. Today, as Belle, Alessa is ecstatic to have such an important role and is dedicated to creating magic on stage. Her unwavering hard work and dedication to her craft will undoubtedly captivate audiences.

(Stage Manager) is going into her second year at the University of Central Florida, earning a BFA in Stage Management! KATE CONDIT
(Assistant Stage Manager) is 11 years old and loves to perform. When she’s not acting you can find her baking, playing Minecraft, and competing with her Odyssey of the Mind team. Most recently Kate appeared as Mrs. Mayor in Seussical JR and Amanda Thripp in Matilda JR. Other theatrical performances include The Little Mermaid JR (KidzAct), The Wizard Of Oz (NPAC), Mary Poppins (Melody Lane), and James and the Giant Peach (CfABS). KATIE CROSS
(Director) was raised in Colorado and received her BFA in Theater Performance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her theater credits include Sweet & Lucky (Denver Center/Third Rail Productions), The Tempest and Twelfth Night (Colorado Shakespeare Festival), In Flight: The Story of Sabine Van Dam (Gulfshore Playhouse Outreach), Art Dog (Denver Children’s Theater), and Christmas at Pemberley (Emerald Coast Theater Company). Film credits include Life’s Rewards (Amazon Prime), and Belleville Cop (Netflix). She has been a teaching artist for all ages for the last decade, and currently teaches performance classes at The Naples Players. (Assistant Stage Manager) moved to Naples in June 2022. While she has had experience performing through school and for a local
community theater in Des Moines, Iowa, her love of theater has only grown throughout her experience at The Naples Players. She is exhilarated by the enthusiasm of the TNP community and hopes you enjoy the show!

(Costume Designer) has been costuming and teaching the young actors of TNP’s KidzAct program since 2005. As a performer for TNP, she was last seen as Donna in Mamma Mia! Other TNP roles include Elizabeth Benning/ Young Frankenstein , Momma Rose/Gypsy, and Madame Thenardier/Les Misérables . Most recently, she debuted at The Laboratory Theater in Ft. Myers as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd.

has been a KidzAct instructor
since 2018 and primarily works with students in grades 3-8. He has also acted as director and/or choreographer for KidzAct productions of The Sound of Music JR, Disney’s Descendants, Dear Edwina JR, Seussical JR, and Newsies JR. He is thrilled to be spending his summer with the casts and creative teams for both Into the Woods JR and Beauty and the Beast JR. Enjoy the show!

Shop for over 18 years now. Originally from Upstate New York, he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cazenovia College. Favorite scenic designs include Guys and Dolls, The Wedding Singer, and Mary Poppins for TNP; and Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Disney’s Descendants, and Matilda JR for KidzAct. A big thank you to the volunteers for doing what they do best! And to his wife, Judith, for being everything :-).
ANGELINA SOZIO
(Music Director) is a dedicated and passionate vocalist with excellent organizational skills, aiming to entertain and educate others. She works as a private voice teacher in Naples, Florida, and has also held the role of Music Director for shows at both the Naples Performing Arts Center and The Naples Players. Angelina is a professionally trained musician, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. Additionally, she contributes her musical talents to Naples United Church of Christ and performs annually with the Naples Carolers. Angelina has gained valuable experience through music education internships, directing summer camps, and leading choral ensembles. She is enthusiastic about advancing her career in the field.

Since starting with TNP in 2013, he has worked on many productions and he looks forward to continuing the growth of our volunteers on Team Sound on future productions. In his off time, Brad enjoys walks and cuddle time with his fur baby Malone, a Cocker Spaniel Mix who knows just how cute he is.

Design and Technology. This is Jason’s second season here at TNP as the Technical Director. He couldn’t be more joyful to work alongside the expert Mike Santos.
