Stay Home - Corona in Iraq

Iraqi entrepreneur Mustafa Alwan has voluntarily set up Corona in Iraq, with the aim of supporting the Iraqi government's efforts in acing the pandemic. The platform offers:

1) statistics and case numbers, 2) tracking symptoms service 3) Iraqi hospitals database and important numbers for ambulances and emergencies 4) interactive tracking map for the affected people and their geographical distribution, 5) publishing content to raise awareness.

The platform was supported and developed by the UNDP Acceleration Labs initiative in Iraq in cooperation with the Iraqi Media and Communications Authority as an official sponsor. Furthermore, UNICEF Iraq will provide support for developing content in addition to other local partners such as the Iraqi Dental Students Association (IDSA) and Transpi startup - students transportation service.
