e have a great line-up of events for the show to attract everyone. Kicking off Friday and Saturday is our Celebrity Guest Taniya Nayak, a mainstay at HGTV, who has recently become the brand ambassador for Ellen Degeneres. The popular Barrels & Brews will be returning on Friday night from 5-8pm, where attendees can come and sample wine, beer and spirits while shopping at the show. It was a great success last year and we expect it to grow again this year! Our show giveaway is one of our best yet! Attendees have a chance to win a 12x12 custom-built, AZEK (PVC) deck including permits, tax and labor valued at $10,000 and $5000 in Patio Furniture compliments of Dynamic Decks and Jacobs Custom Living! Easter Sunday will have fun & prizes for all ages. The Easter Bunny will be on hand for pictures with the little ones and all those big kids at heart. Regardless of which category you fall into, you’re going to need a good WiFi router to get your smart home up and running. Determine which type of WiFi your home currently has and then find a router that’s compatible with that WiFi. Request a list of routers that are compatible with your WiFi from your service provider, as not all routers will necessarily work with your internet connection. If possible, upgrade to the fastest WiFi your internet provider offers, as that will make your smart home that much more enjoyable and frustration-free. 2019 Design Trends COLOR: We’re finally seeing the “Greying Trend” take a

back seat. Color is now en vogue. The use of colorful cabinets not just as an accent, but as the whole kitchen. Colorful appliances are no longer only available to the elite. Colorful tile again, not just the accent, but the entire wall. The colors we’re trending are opulent & luxurious; Emerald Green, Purple and Navy.

Mixed Metals: This has been a reoccurring trend over the
last several years. More metals are being brought to the table. Copper is making quite a splash as an accent metal, either in accessories, or as an accent on appliance. Gold/ Brushed Bronze and the warmer tone metals are very popular, as is Matte Black.
Hard Surfaces: Thinner, Larger. No longer are we having to
deal with the never ending, always dirty grout lines in a shower full of 4” x 4” tile. Now available in Ultra compact surface, laminated tempered glass & waterproof laminate countertop and wall cladding are available as large as 60” x 120” slabs! Bye-Bye grout lines!
Technology: Integrated technology is no longer a sci-fi myth. 3D and textured tile is readily and making a big statement. Large tiles 18” x 36” are perfect for a standard backsplash & require no cutting and minimal grout joints, allowing for the pattern & texture to be the focal point.
