PM41994024 1 Link Fall 2018
2019 Media Kit Linking over 13,000 readers across Ontario... 4 TIMES A YEAR!
Background The Ontario Holstein Link began in the spring of 2010 to showcase the many programs and services offered by the association, as well as market the superior genetics of our breeders and highlight the accomplishments of our province’s breeders and youth. Individuals whose roots in dairy run deep work hard to produce our quarterly magazine, and all involved feel a close connection to the Holstein breed. The Link team takes great pride in our ability to connect the everyday dairy farmer with the products and services that matter to them.
Readership The Link is mailed quarterly, in hard copy, to over 4,000 Holstein Canada members and industry enthusiasts across the province of Ontario. It is also available free online where it is read in over 10 countries across the globe. We are justly proud of our ability to connect with the grassroots dairy farmer and estimate that in every household that receives a copy of our magazine, at least three family members take the time to read it. External companies and/ or interested parties can order a hardcopy subscription by contacting the Ontario Holstein Branch office. Our subscription rates are: CANADA: $25
INTERNATIONAL: $60
USA: $45
ONLINE: FREE
What our audience is saying “I sat down and read The Link cover to cover last week....wow!!! What a fantastic job!! Each contribution, article and advertisement to the overall look and feeling of the magazine.” - Sharon Haws, Haws Farms, Grassie, ON “Our Link ads are always extremely professional and the whole team is a pleasure to work with. A big thanks to the Link for promoting some of the finest cows in the province.” – Bill Troup, Vale-O-Skene Holsteins “We have been advertising in The Link since it started, and it does just what the name says: links us with the people we want as customers! The staff have been great to work with and we are really pleased with the sales we have made as a result of our ads.” – Dan McMorrow, W.B. White Insurance
