Operating with a budget that is short before it is ever even touched, Haymer explains it has been a challenge finding a way to shed light on the needs of the band in way that will properly get them the funding they need. Travel expenses for the fall season alone total up to nearly 195,000 thousand dollars, creating a deficit of close to 80,000 dollars. Can you imagine attending a Southern University football game without the sounds of the Human Jukebox filling the stadium and shaking the crowd?
