The ACC Round Rock Campus will be the newest ACC campus. The 274,431 square foot campus will eventually house 11,500 students. This is the largest construction project ACC has ever taken on, and it comes at a time when the college is experiencing record enrollment. The Round Rock Campus will have a state-of-the-art hospital simulation lab, urban green spaces with walkway interconnected buildings for pedestrian traffic, and an outdoor amphitheater. Construction started in late March 2009 and the school is scheduled to open in 2010. The college is also exploring potential campus sites in other areas like San Marcos, Bastrop County, Manor, Leander, and the Lake Travis/ Dripping Springs/Wimberley area.
