With a team of over 80 operatives, our people are at the heart of what we do. Working directly for you and your customers, our team are friendly, professional and flexible, offering you a range of services, seven days a week.
CLEANING At Home and Garden Services, our flexible cleaning service delivers efficient, high quality cleaning across commercial premises and domestic properties. Our cleaning team are fully equipped to provide office, communal and contract cleaning, including: n n n n n n n
Window cleaning Carpet cleaning Litter collection and disposal Fly tipping removal Graffiti removal Empty property cleaning and refurbishment Specialist deep cleaning.
GARDENING and LANDSCAPING We offer a wide range of gardening, tree work and grounds maintenance services and have experience working in a range of environments including supported housing schemes, highway verges, commercial properties and residential gardens. Delivered by a skilled and specialist team, our gardening services include: n Grass cutting n Specialist treatment and weed control n Hedge and bush maintenance, including pruning and trimming n Planting of flowers and plants n Landscape design and garden improvement n Tree surgery including, tree inspections, crowning and installing supports n Rubbish removal n Installation and repair of fencing n Repair and maintenance of paths.

GAS and ELECTRICITY Our gas and electricity services are delivered by a team of qualified and fully-trained operatives and engineers. Working to industry regulations and guidelines, our gas and electricity team has excellent knowledge of a range of manufacturer’s appliances. Our wide-ranging services include: n n n n n n n n n n
Gas and electrical inspections and testing, timed to your requirements Property rewire and upgrade of installation Socket and lighting installation Gas and electrical installation and servicing of appliances Gas installation and maintenance of domestic and commercial boilers Electrical and gas repairs and maintenance Installation of additional electrical circuits, sockets and lighting Wiring and electrical installations for new build and extensions Installation of data, voice cabling and phone sockets Guidance and installation of emergency lighting (BS5266).
Catering to your specific needs, our team are able to book and manage appointments directly with your customers and residents, work with your housing team and report completed work and feedback to you for analysis.
NEIGHBOURHOODS We believe that neighbourhood services are vital in ensuring that your customers can live in a safe and secure environment. Working in partnership with you and your customers, we provide: n Scheme inspection service n Fob and car park management n Emergency light installation and monitoring n CCTV installation and monitoring n Noise recording equipment installation n Fire risk remedial works.
REPAIRS and MAINTENANCE At Home and Garden Services, we deliver a repairs and maintenance service to both occupied and empty properties, including communal areas. We pride ourselves on ensuring homes and communal areas are maintained to a very high standard.
