The Power of His Presence A Reflective Moment WOP Matters Of The Heart 2015 (Proverbs 4:23)
Min. Elaine Montford Central Florida Regional Director Charter Member-Women of Power, Inc.
During the Matters of the Heart WOP 2015 weekend in Norcross, GA, God allowed me to experience the EFFECTUAL EVIDENCE of HIS presence that was beyond any imaginable comprehension! Every one of my senses was fully engaged in worship/communion with Him. He extended His presence and allowed Himself to be manifested fully through His sons and daughters who availed themselves to be used as conduits. When I returned home, I struggled with trying to explain/describe this awesome God encounter. As I sat in meditation one morning, the vision of power lines, a breaker switch and a fuse box appeared to me...I was a little puzzled until the Holy Spirit said: “AND YE SHALL RECEIVE POWER...” (Acts 1:8) Pastor BJ Relefourd, thank you for yielding yourself as the “breaker switch” and WOP as the “fuse box” for God to demonstrate His power; and to each and every “fuse” - however you allowed your worship to flow...through preaching/teaching, testimonials, music, or hospitality; whether it was displayed corporately, or during an intimate one-on-one or small group setting; know that God is immensely pleased with your worship through your service. The Power Of God was released, and it was beyond anything that any of us could ask or imagine/comprehend (Ephesians 3:20). Hearts were healed, lives were mended, and hope rekindled; and all was sealed with an Oath - Amen.

Women of Seasonal Stature Mother Gerald C. Baker DEAR LORD, OUR FATHER, PLEASE ‌ Continue to bless us with HOPE enough To keep morning in our love, and FEAR enough to keep us holding hands In the dark; UNITY enough to keep our roots entwined, and SEPARATION enough to keep us Reaching for each other; HARMONY enough to keep romance in our Song, and DISCORD enough to keep us Tuning our love.
On the twenty fifth anniversary of our marriage, Deacon Samuel Baker and I dedicated this prayer to each other. I still recommend it to so many other couples who are just getting married, or who have been married for a bit. As long as we keep our FATHER GOD in the center of our unions, we will have so much more genuine joy and true memories of the relationship. Enjoy the marriage while you can; once that status changes, you truly will miss the HOPE, FEAR, UNITY, SEPARATION, HARMONY, and even the DISCORD. My prayer is that all marriages will be what GOD has intended them to be, and for sure, based on biblical principles.

Give Him Praise-Part 1 Pastor Valari Knight Logan I want to share that NOW is the time for you to sing your song of victory. I hear you saying that conditions and experiences mandate that you have no victory to sing about and that you have no reason to praise God? On the contrary! I’m writing to remind you that indeed you do have much to sing about. You woke up today, you are able to breathe, you’ve overcome illness! These may seem like small feats, but all we do is worthy of praising God! Begin to praise the Lord for the small victories, for this will allow us to praise Him for the BIG ones! I have praise on my tongue and joy in my heart and VICTORY before me. I may not see it yet but I praise Him anyhow. Why am I happy you might ask? While it is important to know how to achieve victory and it is just as important to know how to celebrate. Sometimes the outcome you desire is so far out your reach and seemingly unattainable that it just seems silly to praise God for what isn’t in sight. But, I believe and my Bible says to praise God now for what is yet to come. This means even if you don’t see it, praise him just the same! That means

thanking God for the problems that loom before you. Those problems are the way to his promise. Praise Him! This is the way to approach victories. Don’t sit around thinking of how you will praise God when the victory comes, but praising him along the way for what is achieved. That’s like looking in the mirror and practicing a how to say thanks Psalmist-Elder Desiree’ H. Bonner with a dance. Women of Power We have to keep in Artist-Liaison mind that these little victories a long the way are bringing us Anointed, Expressive, and Spirit-filled! Saved by God’s closer to the greater victory. I hated myself because of the things that took place in my life as a child/teen/and into my woman hood. Homeless my children and I sleeping in my car, no place to go, living in a shelter. Mind you I still had a job and transportation, but on the flip side of that I had no one I could really turn to. I was in the church and many times I would say God why is this taking place? Tried to do what I could to keep it all together making sure that I did not lose my mind in the mist of all that I was going through, making sure that my children did not see me cry. My oldest son went missing for two years, so that added to the ongoing pain inside of me, not know where he, was at was he safe was he dead all these
thoughts ran through my mind. Then to finding him two years to the date that he went missing that was a release inside, but still dealing with issues of my past. As a mother I had to see my son go cold turkey because he was trying to get clean off drugs,. Then to him being a witness to a murder and they had to place him in protective custody because a hit was put out on him. You would say to yourself that is a lot to take in. Honey this is just a overview of my many stories that I have. It would take me years to really set down with you to explain it in detail. As I set here today and think back, My God brought us a mighty long way‌. PT3 will be featured in the Winter Edition of TAOWOP
