Meet Your VP of Operations

At The Agency, we obsess about service. In an effort to provide a truly red carpet experience, every Global Partner is immediately matched with their VP of Operations, a trusted advisor, partner, and confidant for all things The Agency. As your single point of contact from pre-launch onward, this is a consistent person to lean on to help you get things done. And it all begins in the onboarding process.

OUR CURATED, 9-WEEK ONBOARDING PROGRAM

Managing Partners / Managing Directors

Over the course of your onboarding, we engage in an organized process to deliver each piece of the process in these bite-size modules. Your VP of Operations will bring in different departments to ensure holistic attention from your network of support. The journey includes:

z A weekly call with updates from our staff to ensure all deliverables are on track and challenges are addressed to meet the anticipated launch date.

Training For Agents And Staff

We understand that you may be joining The Agency with staff and agents in place, and we are so excited to have them! Our training and support team provides education, experience, practice and support throughout the Global Partner onboarding experience.

PRE-LAUNCH TRAINING FOR STAFF

z The Training Team meets with the Global Partners to curate, customize, and schedule over 15+ hours of training.

z We organize our subject matter experts and educators to provide hands-on personalized sessions to orient and educate the group on our tools, tips and tricks, support materials and resources. These sessions, resources, and additional support ensure your staff is educated and ready before launch so they may jump right in feeling capable and confident.

z Our Support Team works tirelessly in the background setting you up for success in our systems so that launch day is smooth and successful.

z Additional recorded video tutorials are available to onboarded staff via The Agency University for on-demand learning and education any time, anywhere.

MEET YOUR AGENT EXPERIENCE LIAISON, YOUR PRE-LAUNCH TRAINING PARTNER

Our Global Partner Agent Experience Manager (AEM) Liaison is with you every step of the pre-launch journey, keeping your training schedule sessions on task. Their presence serves as a support for you, as you and your team get acclimated with our proprietary systems.

Lots of questions tend to come up during training, and our AEM Liaison is swift to respond, often utilizing a network of Corporate AEM team members to help find answers to any question. AEMs are also well-versed in our web of support, and can loop-in different departments for additional clarity.

With access to resources such as training materials and operational manuals, their speciality focuses on staff and agent retention and engagement. The goal is to unlock all of the programs and systems The Agency has to offer, helping Global Partners run their businesses as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Franchise Marketing Managers execute the launch of each new office by working directly with Managing Partners and our in-house creative team to ensure that office launch assets are customized to create brand awareness, embody the distinct character of the region, and speak directly to its unique audiences. Our in-house marketing team will prepare and deliver your marketing materials, including your social media assets.

The Agency’s in-house, award-winning Public Relations and Communication team provides exclusive opportunities during and after your office launches.

z Press release over the wire, and shared for editorial consideration in trade/local media.

z Consider media opportunities for standout/notable listings and major trends in the market.

z PR team will liaise with any local PR firm hired to provide approved corporate documents, images, executive quotes, etc.

z If the PR team is spearheading the local press efforts, the Franchise partner is to send a list of top 3-5 preferred local media targets.

z The PR Team curates the *potential* media exclusive / media target list specific to what will have the maximum impact in the market. We do not only offer the exclusive to Inman, as other publications might have a greater impact per market, such as The Real Deal, Real Estate News, or top local publications. As this is earned, unpaid media (an editorial opportunity vs. paid ads), there is never a guarantee that the trade or local publications will cover the news.

z Following any media exclusive publishing, the team will send the press release and materials with additional trade and local publications for editorial consideration.

ADMINISTRATION

Getting Your Local AEM Acclimated

Your AEM Liaison will actively teach your local AEM how to conduct Agent Onboardings correctly per the corporate standards. This service is provided until the AEM feels confident in Connect and Training. The AEM is able to lean on the liaison for questions.

Local AEM activity may include assisting with any new listing input, new personnel input into Connect, closing out a transaction in Connect and handling compliance questions.

The Agent Experience Manager Support Group is a fantastic resource for AEMs new and old!

z Become a member of a community of peer AEMS, including the Google group, GP AEM email, and calendar invites specifically geared for them.

z Monthly GP AEM meetings to provide AEM staff with new company developments, programs, announcements, and tools. This creates a collaborative community for all Global Partner AEMs. In these meetings, the staff can utilize open communication by bringing questions and concerns, as well as any suggestions or solutions.

z This is a benefit to the Global Partner offices, as their staff will be up-to-date on all things The Agency and have a safe space to air concerns and learn from one another.

MARKETING

Let’s Market! Your Local MAM is Part of a Network of Marketing Strategists

By now, our Franchise Marketing Managers have trained your local MAM (Marketing Account Manager) to effectively execute on collateral needs, listing support, and agent requests, all while adhering to our signature brand guidelines. The education and interaction continue well past the training process. The Agency actively creates a community of global marketing professionals through monthly meetings and daily, online group communication.

Luxury Listing Services: For luxury listings above $5 Million, the local MAM works with the Franchise Marketing Manager to unlock our premier luxury packages.

When it comes to new business, the team is available to assist with defining the value proposition of having an in-house PR team when pitching to win new business, such as notable listings, new developments or high-end properties that will raise the bar for your market. The PR team members can be present, virtually or in person, depending on availability and for an additional cost.
