In 2023, Carolyn Kling-Keech became the first AIM Member to be inducted into the Nine Million Dollar Club. Carolyn’s achievement reflects the success of a Member-driven company. Rising to the title of AIM Chairman’s Club Director, she has been associated with The AIM Companies™ from the very beginning, all the way back to 1982, so yet another first. “I call it a fateful day 42 years ago when one of our real estate clients brought a jar of green powder into our office,” Carolyn recollected. “My late husband, Jim Kling, was very receptive to the potential of this powder made from barley grass. But I was very, very skeptical. I never could have imagined that it would turn out as well as it has. I feel that God had a plan for us.” Their barley business took off instantly.
