It’s time to March forward into spring with this month’s issue of Living Well magazine. And it just so happens that “It’s Always Spring at AIM” as alluded to in an article that examines new beginnings for improved health.
National Nutrition Month takes place in March, a time of awareness covered from an ingredient perspective in “Nutrition That Works!” Providing supplemental food that takes dietary intake to a whole new level to improve people’s health is our nutritional AIM.

Taking AIM nutrition from an early age instills a habit that can last a healthy lifetime. “Our Barley Baby” tells a charming testimonial submitted by Charmine and Daniel Thompson, AIM Customers in Prince George, British Columbia about their son, Christopher, who enjoys green milk in the morning. “The Green Scoop!” on page 7 features Facebook posts from those whose lives have been changed for the better by taking BarleyLife.
One area of the body that gets special attention this month is the digestion system, focusing on the microbes involved in “Gut Life.” (Spoiler Alert: You can expect to see more articles about the microbiome in upcoming magazines given the integral part that this inner ecosystem plays in human health.) “The Value of Lymphatic Cleansing with Herbal Release” on page 8 details detoxifying benefits for another vital body system.
March Living Well also features a fresh focus on Composure on page 11, a blend of herbs that contribute to stress relief through their botanically relaxing effects on the body.
