How to Build a Successful Network Marketing Business in Today's Market

Network marketing is a powerful business model that can provide lifechanging value to those willing to put in the work. However, succeeding in this industry requires working smart, embracing both traditional methods and current trends. In this article, we will discuss key strategies to build a successful network marketing business in today’s market.

Time-Tested Traditional Methods

Word-of-mouth referrals and in-person events still remain incredibly effective tools to this day. Offer incentives to encourage satisfied customers to refer you to their networks, family and friends. This organic growth from loyal customers and fans is the lifeblood of any successful business.

Host Member events, product launch parties and product training to engage with clients, establish credibility and attract potential leads. Attend industry and local networking events to broaden your network. And always remember, network first with the goal of making friends! Your opportunity to share the AIM products and business will come, and when it does, don’t have a ”convincing” approach, but rather a ”looking for people who are looking” approach.

Harness Social Media

Establish a strong social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. Post engaging content that leverages each platform – not forgetting about Reels and live video. Tell your story, showcase products and answer questions in real time.

Building a loyal following takes time and consistency, so stay active with your posting schedule, even if initial engagement is low. Over months and years, your virtual community will grow into a thriving customer base, ready and willing to refer others.

Focus on adding value through your content, building relationships one fan at a time. With dedication and a longterm vision, you'll be surprised just how effective these methods can be.

2

Social media gives entrepreneurs an easy way to reach audiences that they could never have reached before, so leverage that potential through consistent, authentic, unique and engaging content.

Fail Fast, Learn Fast

Mistakes and rejection are inevitable; see them as opportunities for growth. Don't get discouraged – adjust your approach and try again. The most successful network marketers persist through failures rather than taking them personally. They learn from setbacks, adjust their methods and keep moving forward. They understand failure means progress. If you're not making mistakes, you're not challenging yourself to grow. Expect obstacles but know each failure brings you closer to success if you get back up and try again.

In summary, combine traditional relationship building with modern tools like social media marketing and video. Adopt a growth mindset, learning from mistakes and adapting quickly. Persist through rejection, analyzing what you can improve after each "failure." Take smart risks, embrace your mistakes and get back up. With this tenacity and willingness to adjust, you'll build a thriving business.

AIMing High for Optimal Wellness

Being in good health is a state that everyone would like to remain in during their lifetime. It allows people to live life to the fullest, unhindered by any serious health issues. Although there’s no guaranteeing this desire, you can take on habits that lead to a path of wellness.

It’s not just about consciously forming good habits for physical health. Wellness relies on mental and spiritual health as well so that body, mind and spirit are all nurtured. If actions you take are habitual in a good way, you allow the best version of yourself to evolve. Consuming wholesome nutrition, doing regular exercise, getting sufficient sleep, etc. can all be habit-forming for wellness.

Taking a variety of AIM products regularly fortifies the above healthy habits with supplemental nourishment. Whole-food powders such as BarleyLife and the Garden Trio greatly increase wholesome nutrition. Health products that include Peak Endurance, ProPeas and RediBeets enhance regular exercise. Choices of Composure and Mag-nificence CWR promote sufficient sleep.

Ever since AIM began offering nutrition that works, a countless number of people have made taking the AIM products a healthy habit. Sharing this habit with family and friends has provided wellness benefits for so many people, including children who develop healthy eating habits early on in life. This AIM support for optimal wellness remains an open opportunity for others enjoyment.

Getting into the habit of doing good things for yourself can become a natural part of daily life. Of course, being human means there will be days that don’t go your way, making you feel out of sorts. When this happens, take a moment to accept that you’re having a temporary setback. And the following day you’ll be back on track, AIMing high for optimal wellness.

The Pairing of AIMega and BioVivify

Back in 2005 when AIMega was introduced to the product lineup, omega-3 and -6 essential fatty acids (EFAs) that the body cannot synthesize were made available in the encapsulated seed oils of organic flax, sunflower and sesame.

This plant-based source of EFAs contributes to the structure and function of every cell in the human body, being essential healthy fats that should be part of everyone’s daily dietary intake. Given the cellular importance of omega-3 and -6, it’s no surprise that taking AIMega is also like applying a restorative cosmetic to skin cells from the inside out.

With the introduction of BioVivify in 2022, AIM launched a nutricosmetic that helps hydrate and smoothen skin while enhancing its elasticity and reducing fine lines. The primary ingredient is AstaReal® astaxanthin, a potent antioxidant sourced from microalgae.

Astaxanthin enhances the synthesis of collagen, an essential protein produced by the body. Collagen is used as a building block for bones, muscles, cartilage, other connective tissue and, most visibly, for skin. The aging process reduces collagen production, making supplementation with BioVivify a vegan way to boost the body’s ability to synthesize collagen and help protect it from damage.

Seeing as AIMega provides essential fatty acids and BioVivify supports the production of an essential protein, taken together they deliver complementary supplements that work internally at combating aging skin. And there’s more to this pairing of products.

Like omega-3, astaxanthin is incorporated into cell membranes, being a fat-soluble nutrient. Taking omega-3 that is sourced from seed oil increases the absorption of astaxanthin.1

The combined benefits of AIMega and BioVivify form a fine supplemental pair for improving the appearance and health of skin.

Reboot Recipes

Brain health is of prime importance for healthy aging. Just like computers, every now and then we have to “reboot” our brains to make them work more efficiently. As my husband, Wayne, and I are both in our late 70s, we are very interested in learning how to improve our brain power.

I enjoy incorporating AIM products in my recipes, so I created a couple of brain “reboot” recipes using three of my favorite AIM products: CoCoa LeafGreens, ProPeas and RediBeets.

Brain Reboot Chia Pudding

• 1 tbsp maple syrup

Brain Reboot Smoothie

The Ingredient Challenge

The global market size for dietary supplements in 2020 was over 61 billion U.S. dollars, with 15.5 billion of this amount in North America alone, according to Forbes Business Insights. 1 The pandemic escalated the sales of natural health products, increasing the demand for ingredients to manufacture them. Procurement and shipping logistics during this world of lockdowns created ingredient shortages.

Pre- and post-pandemic, the effort required for sourcing the finest, the most ethical and the most sustainable ingredients has been an ongoing challenge. AIM rises to the challenge to safeguard its lineup of highquality natural health products.

It’s one thing for companies to simply find ingredient providers whose only interest is sales and another for The AIM Companies™ to connect with companies that provide high-quality ingredients sourced through ethical and sustainable ways.

AIM’s obligation to Members and Customers is to use ingredients of the highest quality only. Plantbased ingredients can be degraded by crop location, improper harvesting or storage, irradiation of plant extracts, solvent usage for extraction or any other inadequate practices for ingredient sourcing. AIM avoids these practices like the plague to consistently deliver nutrition that works for you, not against you.

Advancements over the past four decades have allowed AIM to make innovative changes that further maintain or improve the nutritive value of ingredients for safe and effective whole-food powders and dietary supplements.

Practicing a high level of ingredient excellence translates into excellent value for anyone who purchases and uses AIM products regularly to improve and maintain their health.

The Point of Primarily Plant-Based

For so many people around the world, meat is a sizeable part of their meals, including steaks, pork chops, fried chicken, bacon or roast of beef. However, some cultures do not have language for the words “beef or pork roast” let alone an understanding of how or why people would eat such huge cuts of meat. There will always be cultural differences about food and pretty much everything else. It makes the world all the more interesting.

Making meat the dominant part of a meal is popular in many cultures although some use only small portions of this protein source in recipes that are primarily vegetable-based. It is a fact that meat has been a sought-after food source throughout the human history of agricultural and huntergatherer societies.1

Decades of recent research has shown the negative effects of eating red or processed meats, which can increase the risk of health issues that include obesity, type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Even so, meat consumption is on the rise worldwide, having negative effects on the health of the environment as well.1

Nevertheless, anyone who enjoys and savors the taste of burgers, barbecued meats, steaks, etc. may wonder what’s the point of primarily plant-based eating. It is important to know that primarily plant-based does not mean you become vegetarian or vegan and can’t eat meat. It means your meals are mostly plantsourced (e.g., fruits, vegetables, whole grains as well as beans, nuts and seeds). Why is this a good choice?

Plants provide essential nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, minerals, protein and vitamins), antioxidants, chlorophyll, enzymes and phytonutrients, all of which provide cellular health that extends through your entire body. A primarily plant-based diet:

• promotes gut health

• fights inflammation

• maintains healthy weight

• increases your fiber intake

• supports your immune system

So in the end, the point of primarily plant-based is good health, and that’s a really good point!

Ease the Summer Heat with BarleyLife Xtra Pineapple

Pineapple Points:

• The month of August is particularly notable in regard to this juicy, tropical fruit.

• The harvest season for pineapples typically ends in August.

• In Japan, this month is the peak period for pineapple harvesting.

• August 1 is celebrated as Pineapple Day in the land of the rising sun.

New Lower Price!

Judging by the points above, it would seem that August is the ripe time for people who enjoy the taste of pineapples. It’s the month in North America that usually unleashes the peak of summer heat, so it’s a fine time for mixing refreshingly cold beverages made with BarleyLife Xtra Pineapple.

The point about drinking these refreshments is twofold. Not only do you get the delicious flavor of pineapple in every liquid mouthful, you get the nutritional benefits of 18 fruit and vegetable powders.

It’s obvious that BarleyLife Xtra Pineapple gets its name from barley leaf juice powder. BarleyLife accounts for 4 grams of each 4.5gram serving of this nutrient-dense, plant-based powder. This means the pineapple-flavored Xtra version still increases overall energy and helps alkalize your body while delivering protective antioxidants, chlorophyll, enzymes and phytonutrients. It’s healthy and refreshing, so drink in BarleyLife Xtra Pineapple.

Back-to-School

Prep

Summer can never be long enough for most children, so any thoughts about returning to school are likely unwelcome. Fortunately, it’s parents or guardians who are responsible for all of the preparation required to send kids back to school. Otherwise, it might never happen.

Along with scheduling, clothing and school-accessory buying, facing the daily challenge of ensuring students get wholesome nutrition is a must. It’s essential for growing bodies and minds. And supplemental nutrition from AIM can enhance that growth.

Whether or not a child is a picky eater, whole-food drinks made with BarleyLife Xtra Apple-Cherry or Pineapple and CoCoa LeafGreens are likely to be a tasty hit with kids of all ages. Most importantly, all three make nutritious beverages that can help contribute to a child’s health.

Both BarleyLife Xtra flavors contain 18 fruit and vegetable powders, and the primary ingredient is barley leaf juice powder. Of course, giving children BarleyLife from an early age makes it easier for kids to grow up loving the taste. But just in case, having the naturally

of the most nutrient-dense plants on the planet.

Not many kids will turn up their noses at cocoa beverages. Drinks made with CoCoa LeafGreens include concentrated plant nutrition from a variety of sources, including arugula, kale and spinach. Serving these vegetables on a plate may be rejected by children, but blended into chocolaty drinks delivers them in a welcoming way.

There are more AIM products that provide back-to-school and beyond benefits for students, including CalciAIM and FloraFood. Help them be prepared with AIM nutrition.

Did You Know . . . ?

Digesting protein bumps up your metabolism and the burning of calories. Pea protein is absorbed at a rate of 2.9 grams per hour, contributing to an accelerated metabolism and calorie burning over several hours.

Burn more calories than your daily nutritional intake. Drinking a ProPeas beverage up to three times a day helps reduce your caloric intake. With only 60 calories per serving, ProPeas makes you feel satiated for hours. Why? Pea protein is digested slowly, which increases levels of endocrine hormones that send “I’m full!” signals to your brain. Not feeling hungry makes you eat and drink less.

Doggone Itches Be Gone

Shared by Eric Ingram, AIM Graphic Designer

Idaho winters can get pretty “ruff” on a dog that regularly needs to use the facilities outside. We let our labradoodle Sophie's coat grow thicker to shield her from the cold outdoors. She’s never had any issues with this bushy look.

It wasn’t that long ago that she started chewing and scratching at her fur a bit more than usual. We didn't think much of it at first, but at bath times we could see she had been chewing out small patches of her fur, and her skin had a slight odor.

Our vet recommended oatmeal baths to help her itchy skin. We also purchased a comb to brush out excess undercoat fur and aerate the skin. We did this for a few months, but it didn't seem to help.

After an exceptionally long winter, the warmth of summer finally allowed our dog to spend longer periods of time outside instead of being cooped up indoors. It was also time for Sophie's summer grooming to trim her winter coat.

While removing the extra fur, we noticed her skin was very flaky and dry, so we applied some pet-approved moisturizer. Even so, she would begin to gnaw at her still itchy skin after only a short time. I then realized that we needed to treat this from the inside out.

Working for AIM and having designed our Pet Health datasheet, I knew exactly what to do. We started giving her nutrientdense foods along with BarleyLife for an added nutritional boost.

Testimonials should not be construed as representing results that everyone can achieve. Pet Health 12

At first, she was cautious about the new smell of the BarleyLife but soon was gobbling it down and licking her bowl. Most dogs and cats instinctively chew grass to help with digestive issues, so the juice powder of barley grass is a natural fit for their dietary needs.

The essential fatty acids in AIMega could help with skin hydration, so we squeezed the encapsulated seed oils onto her food.

Within two weeks, we saw 'paws-itive' results. No more excessive chewing of her fur, which is softer and shinier now.

I recently noticed that as she gets up after sleeping, she takes extra-long stretches to get those joints moving, so it was time to add Frame Essentials. Now when I come home from work, she makes figure eights around my legs to greet me and maybe even to show her thanks. If I could just get her to let us file her nails without sedation, it would be the cherry on the top!

Our pets give us so much more than we can give them with our busy lives, so make sure to give them the added health and nutrition that AIM products provide.
