Hard to Digest
A survey released in September 2022 by the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) revealed that digestive troubles disrupt 40 percent of Americans’ daily lives. For a national picture showing the extent of uncomfortable bowel symptoms around the country, this AGA Trust Your Gut survey gathered the responses of 1,010 adults 18 years of age and older. Interestingly, only 1 in 3 people would discuss the health problem with their physicians unless specifically asked about it.1

Those in the AIM Family know that talking about the colon, bowel movements, detoxification, etc. is necessary for alleviating gut problems. The simple fact is that an optimally functioning digestive system is essential for a person’s health.
AIMing for Digestive Health
The introduction of Herbal Fiberblend 35 years ago provided a combination of psyllium fiber and cleansing herbs that help the body to regularly detoxify and thoroughly eliminate waste. It’s nutrition that works to this very day as one of the healthy choices among AIM’s selection of dietary supplements that support digestive health: Fit ’n Fiber, FloraFood, Herbal Release, Para 90 and PrepZymes.
The combination of FloraFood and Fit ’n Fiber enhances gut and immune health by introducing three types of probiotics and the specific food that fuels the proliferation of good bacteria in the microbiota. These microbes can be considered as health care practitioners at the intestinal level.
Herbal Release helps maintain digestive, immune and lymphatic* health with cleansing and detoxifying herbs while Para 90 attacks parasites* that disrupt the digestive process (*U.S. products).
PrepZymes aids the digestive system with individual enzymes that target nutritional components of food, even the not so nutritional, processed foods that are hard to digest.
Keeping the digestive system functioning optimally is one of the many aims of nutrition that works to improve people’s health.
