DOWNTOWN Urban City Center Downtown is one of the fastest-growing areas in South Florida with a variety of attractions, including vibrant nightlife, financial institutions, commerce, media, arts, museums, entertainment, and worldwide trade. Due to its high demand, developers have targeted this area and built ultra-luxury buildings, including 1000 Museum designed by Zaha Hadid, the first woman to win a Pritzker Prize. Top developers collaborated to get nearly 30 acres of land in the heart of Downtown Miami to create the second largest mixed-use urban development in the US, which will be known as Miami World Center. Once completed, this project will put downtown Miami on top of the tourist and local destination. It will include a 1,000ft tall observation tower, making it the second tallest observation tower in the nation, restaurants, member-only club, ballroom, retail, and movie theater. The condos towers along Biscayne boulevard overlook Bayfront and unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. It has that New York Manhattan feel in Miami.

EDGEWATER Fresh Bayfront One of Miami’s oldest neighborhoods is also one of its newest. Edgewater, along a sleepy and overlooked waterfront enclave of early Miami homes and small apartment buildings, has been transformed in less than twenty years into the area of towering luxury highrises that it is today. Lining Biscayne Bay and Biscayne Boulevard, the area takes advantage of spectacular bayfront views while offering convenient access to Downtown Miami and Miami Beach. Margaret Pace Park is a community hub, as is the community park at Icon Bay. Edgewater is also adjacent to many of the great arts institutions that have made Miami the intentionally renowned cultural destination it is today, such as the Adrienne Arsht Center, the Perez Art Museum Miami, the National YoungArts Foundation at the Bacardi Building, and of course neighboring Wynwood, famous for its public murals.

CORAL GABLES Mediterranean Style One of the first communities in America, Coral Gables is a charming suburban city situated about eight miles southwest of Downtown Miami. “The Gables” caters to those seeking a more family-oriented lifestyle in proximity to plenty of schools, green spaces, and activities. There are pedestrian-friendly components, with many upscale retailers and restaurants along the main retail strip known as “Miracle Mile.” Coral Gables’ architecture is known for its Mediterranean revival architecture. There are several landmarks in the city, such as the Biltmore Hotel, a National Historic Landmark, Fairchild Tropical Garden, an 83-acre natural preserve exhibit, and Matheson Hammock Park, which offers a lagoon-style beach, marina/ boat launch, restaurants, nature trails. BRICKELL International Financial Center of Latin America Brickell is known for its luxury condos in gleaming urban towers and premium office buildings with prestigious Brickell Avenue addresses. BOCA RATON Idyllic Resort Town Only 50 miles north of Miami, Boca Raton is an idyllic resort town of luxurious homes fronting the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
