Solutions affordability
Five solutions for affordable living: More locations available Smart urbanisation Making housing affordable New and smarter products Build cheaper
Family homes in the city centre: the Maasbode as an example
Large target group unrecognised
An incremental increase in the number of rental homes for the mid-range* needed *In the mid-market segment, we refer to the 3.7 million middle-income households in the Netherlands. (1 to 2 times model). This is currently almost half of Dutch households (43%). We also refer to houses with a medium level rent (rents between â‚Ź 750 and â‚Ź 1,000 per month).
Larger and healthier mid-market segment in the Dutch rental market needed to facilitate progression in the housing market.
Affordable rental homes for middle-income households are scarce.
