Partnerships on new housing concepts BOLIG PLUS - SocialHousing+ •

Partnership agreement between local government and the social housing organization

More than 500 ”SocialHousing+” family dwellings built or on the way – in small estates

Low-dense estates – like popular owner occupied dwellings (85 – 125 m2)

Affordable housing: 1,000-1,5000 US$ per month

Industrialized and large scale concept, and tenants finish – lower building costs à lower rent (10 percent)

Tenants maintain and clean à lower rent (20 percent)

CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING, GRØNTTORVET Pris på andel og boligafgift bliver fastsat efter lejeværdi. Den forventede gennemsnitspris fordeler sig således: Anvendelsesudgifter for alle boliger ligger mellem 700-900 kr. pr. måned (vand og varme).
