AN EFFORTLESSLY FLUID RESIDENCE WITH A DISTINCTLY FRESH FEEL

Built within the walls of seven townhouses and two classic London mews homes, the Arch is a meeting of English heritage and global creativity. Eclecticism prevails, with each and every detail bringing function and elegance to the mix. Lovingly restored Georgian details are compelling in their varied and vibrant new clothes.

The atmosphere is electric with creativity, pleasure and expectation. Home to many alluring statement works by exciting, emerging British artists, the hotel’s art collection represents modern and classic mediums, resulting in a joyful clash of colour and texture. And the Marylebone postcode perfectly places this urban den for those who want to be at the centre of London life.

Step through Georgian doors into a truly contemporary boutique hotel. Peace and relaxation in the centre of London. The best of both worlds.

CREATIVE, CREATURE COMFORTS

Each of our 71 guest rooms and 11 suites were individually designed to embrace their unique place within our beautiful building, and to maximise the impact of the immaculately restored classic features. Bespoke wallpapers, deeply comfortable beds with duck down duvets and pillows, crisp linens, fine furnishings, complimentary soft drink selection, Nespresso coffee, Sky HD TV, Internet radio, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an iPod docking station enrich the rooms as standard.

6

Anti-steam mirrors and rain showers enhance the ensuite bathrooms, and in our Deluxe and Executive rooms there are flat-screen TVs above the bath. Spacious enough for long stays, our suites are designed for ultimate comfort and convenience. Some even feature outside spaces in the shape of handsome private decked courtyards – a rare find in central London.

A DESTINATION IN ITS OWN RIGHT BY DAY AND BY NIGHT

As you enter Hunter 486 you are struck by the delicious aromas of fresh, seasonal cooking. Open-plan and featuring a traditional stone baked oven and an array of gleaming copper pans, the promise of delicious yet unpretentious dining is clear, and in the skilled hands of pedigreed chefs it is delivered –

exquisite yet hearty cuisine made using fine, local ingredients. The dining space enjoys natural light from large windows overlooking a charming neighbourhood mews. CLASSIC GLAMOUR AND HOSPITALITY MIXED WITH MODERN ATTITUDE Our bar is the heart of our social space. The fluid lines and playful details of Philippe Stark’s bar stools take centre stage in a room designed with pleasure in mind. The pewter bar and pressed tin ceiling set the chic scene for enjoyment of a tempting menu of drinks, including inspired cocktails and signature martinis created by a team of experienced mixologists. Attentive table service and the easy-going nature of the bar make it a decidedly sound choice as a central London social destination.

Champagne, in our opinion, deserves a dedication. Our Salon de Champagne is designed to capture the celebration and decadence of this iconic treat. Oozing timeless London glamour, the Salon is laid-back luxury at its best. Enjoy the convivial atmosphere in beautiful Tom Dixon chairs, or steal away in one of the intimate leather booths veiled with floor-length silk voile drapes for precious privacy.

OUR SUMPTUOUS FRONT ROOM TIPS ITS HAT TO THE GOLDEN AGE OF BROADWAY The Martini Library is the perfect showcase for The Arch’s elegant proportions and inimitable style. Bathed in natural light, stone fireplaces, bookcases, leather armchairs, a ‘Press to refresh’ service button inspired by vintage service bells and artful decoration makes this room a decadent, warm place to unwind, to take high tea or to enjoy an expertly mixed martini.

is is a place for refined Th relaxation, for gentle Champagne sipping and dainty nibbling of elegant finger pastries.

Its many pieces of statement furniture and carefully curated curios, including comprehensive collections of Taschen and Daunt books, make this a space with possibilities, all of them chic. It is in this modern setting that our much-loved classic Afternoon Tea is served.
