WHOLESALE TERMS AND GUIDELINES
• Delivery: Standard delivery is 4-6 weeks from confirmation of your order unless a specific delivery window is assigned • Cancellations, changes made more than 2 weeks after order confirmation are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original cost price. • Refunds: Refunds will be given for damaged pieces only after repair or replacement has been attempted. • Payment terms: First time domestic and overseas orders are prepay with a 30% deposit upon confirmation of pro forma invoice, via wire transfer in U.S. Dollars. Balance of invoice is due before shipment goes out. Late payment could be subject to a 5% interest charge. • Minimum opening order: $1,500 or 1000 euros ( approximately 6-10 pieces) • Re-order: Minimum of 3 pieces. Production turn around is 4 to 6 weeks. Overseas clients, please take into consideration shipping time is not included in this window. • Please advise: All of the work is made to order. The nature of these pieces is that each one is unique and repeated utilizing similar elements but never identical. The work is made using vintage and antique original pieces - no reproductions. Most antiques used are over 100 years old. • Reproducibility: Pieces can be reproduced based on genre or specific era ie; Victorian square locket, 30 inch chain, specific semi-precious stone color palette. • Material Caution: The materials used in The Artemisian collections are mostly vintage or antique, as such, some unforeseen flaws in strength of metals, fabrics, polymers, stones, glue etc. are to be expected.
