elcome to Bass Performance Hall and our 2022-2023 Performing Arts Fort Worth season. On behalf of the Performing Arts Fort Worth staff and Board of Directors, I thank you for joining us. We are ecstatic to ring in the holidays with the return of everyone’s favorite Buddy, Elf The Musical. Based on the beloved 2003 film, Elf is the hilarious tale of Buddy, a young orphan child who mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported back to the North Pole. Unaware that he is actually human, Buddy’s enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father, discover his true identity, and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas. This modern-day Christmas classic is sure to make everyone embrace their inner Elf. We had the pleasure of welcoming this show in our 2014-2015 Broadway at the Bass season and are thrilled to see it return to the Hall as a Broadway season add-on. We look forward to celebrating 25 years of Bass Performance Hall in the 20222023 Broadway at the Bass Season presented by PNC Bank. The season officially kicks off November 29 with the Lincoln Center Theater Production of Lerner & Loewe’s My Fair Lady, the classic musical sure to have you saying, “I Could Have Danced All Night.” Then in 2023, Pride Rock returns to Bass Hall as Disney’s The Lion King celebrates 20 years on tour; just in time for Valentine’s Day comes the new musical based on one of Hollywood’s most romantic love stories, Pretty Woman: The Musical; one of the most beloved musicals of all time, Annie, returns in a new productivon in the spring; Broadway’s funniest new musical will have you feeling “Unstoppable” when Tootsie takes the stage; and in June, the 2022-2023 season concludes with Hadestown, winner of eight 2019 Tony® Awards including Best Musical and the 2020 Grammy® Award for Best Musical Theater Album. Individual tickets to My Fair Lady and The Lion King are on sale now and can be purchased online at www.basshall.com, by phone at 817-212-4280 or by visiting our Box Office. To get the latest updates and be the first to know about upcoming shows and on-sales, sign up for our e-Club at www.basshall.com or follow us on social media. Finally, thank you to all of our sponsors and donors for their generous contributions and continued support.

From whole patient to whole health. TREATBOLDLY.UNTHSC.EDU

Students, faculty, patients and neighbors all have one thing in common: they’re people. And we put the needs of our people first. In addition to being a premier academic medical center, HSC believes in the bigger picture of health. Five schools and one shared purpose. Creating an environment where innovation and ideas can thrive, and all people feel informed, empowered and understood.

When we’re all connected, we’re in it together. HSC. ASK BRAVELY. TREAT BOLDLY. 22_163_OMC

WE DO THE RIGHT THING.

The PORTRAIT OF A SAINT is a shared community value system where we recognize the importance of various principles, such as being GUIDED BY INTEGRITY. Saints treat others with honesty, kindness and respect.
